I'll say that a lightbringer is about half the size of nodheia. I'd would need @Kakaluncha to give us a size chart between the gods, jellyfish, and etc.

Not necessarily. We're talking about the god and the void. It's completely possible things that came from the void are not themselves a part of it necessarily.
I am The Great Lord Hiza. I am not the first born of the Jellyfish. Nor, Am I The Leader of the Jellyfish. But I am the Lord. I am the smartest, thus I'm the best of the jellyfish. For now it seems a Great one Has entered my domain. He is a... What the heck is he? He's not Ontos, I don't think I've seen him before in my months of existence. Well whatever he is. His swimming through my bum must mean that he is willing to pay tribute to the greatness of me. Wait, what is he doing? I saw something strange happening inside me. The Colors started to distort and shift. There was only one color left when he stopped. Well there were tones of the color, as it seemed he quickly grew bored of one shade and moved onto the next shade. But, it mattered not besides exacerbating the problem in Lord Hiza's Eyes. The Beauties of Blue, Red, Green, and Yellow were gone. Even the dull but brilliant shades of Greys were gone. This disturbed me The Great Lord Hiza Greatly. I was enraged, but what could I dare do to a god? So, I had to step back, metaphorically of course. As I waited for him to leave. I tried to think of a point in the favor of this change. Unlike the other Jellyfish I was of one color. So, perhaps this color was that of VIP's? It was the color of Nur's Tunic afterall. So perhaps this was a mark to the God's recognizing me as the Lord I proclaimed to no one. He did color my domain after all.
As I figured out this was truly a good thing rather then the negative the others might suppose. Even though I couldn't speak, I did let out my own sign of relief when I saw the one who took care of us Jellyfish approach quickly. It seemed That Ontos had known that This Strange god had appeared to me. Perhaps, this was a sign of a celebration party? Ontos my personal protector and the one that currently oversaw all jellyfish, has approached. It was always a nice thing to experience. Yet, today in this endless void it was a particularly nice day for the intruding god wasn't a pleasant sight. Since, who knows what might happen next?
When Ontos entered me as well. Someone might not notice the subtle tells that Ontos might give out as he showed his disappointment, but as a fellow jellyfish, one maintained by Ontos himself, and someone who's seen the shift before. I felt increasingly alarmed. Did I do something? Was the ph of the Sea not quite right? The Mountain winds too harsh? The worry of disappointing Ontos made me forget about the color change I had just occurred. I have never seen him angry, but I would always prefer it to his disappointment.
Yet, upon further reflection I realized Ontos attention hadn't been towards me or the state of the world I kept. Rather it seemed to be dedicated to the other God inside my domain. Ontos was disappointed in the other god? The one that painted me the Color of The Greatest God Nur? Why? Was it a slight to Nur? As I thought this my mind seemed to slow, only able to take in the scene I saw around me.
Ontos approached closer to The Octothing. Ontos didn't speak, but The Octothing remarked with clear insanity and pure enthusiasm. "Ah Just the God I wanted. Yes, Yes, Come and See the pure simplicity of this beasty! The purple of fruit, the fruit of purple!" Ontos said nothing in response. I did detect the exasperation in his movements. It seemed Ontos didn't truly like this god? Why? Ontos did something else on the other hand. He looked at The Octo, then the bum where The Octo came from. Octo seemed to understand this as a command of some sort altogether different then what I took it as. For it seemed The Octo seemed to be heading to enter the bum of Ontos.
Ontos took to that with quite some alarm. As he shook his body side to side to signal a no. Which Octo took to be a clarification of the previous statement. As Octo started to shake his booty. It Seemed to both me, and Ontos that trying to communicate with the mad deity. Would be a futile endeavor. Though Ontos had far more patience then I did, as he tried one last time. He used one of his tentacles to point to Ontos, then he left and pointed to the void, and returned. Octo's curiosity seemed to make him want to investigate the point, and once he did so.
Ontos decided to take the time to try and stop the presence of Octo from coming inside him. With a resolve. It seemed that Ontos had taken enough, and wanted to do something without his interference. Octo for his part didn't particularly try to enter back into me as he simply pounded on me and then left. Dejectedly swimming.
With that Ontos tried to scrub the purple from my body. Returning the proper colors to me. Though it took a while most of the purple inside me was eventually removed. With that Done. Ontos left, and I felt satisfied of the few marks of the events that this showed to me. For the fruit that I bore was still purple showing the various shades the God had painted me in this event. A point to boast to the other Jellies, as the very gods fought over me. I could say that, it was only a slight exaggeration.

Don't take it as a literal interpretation. Remember that Krehphine is constantly changing the species she is composed of, so it's impossible to give an accurate answer.
Okay, so hear me out. It's NOT a bad story. I found every instance of Ontos being stressed by the Science God shinenigans amusing. You gave a really interesting characterisation to a Jellyfish, which I found very interesting.
But.
You kinda...go all over the place with the time, and with that, I mean alternating between present and past tense very constantly. Also, there doesn't seem to be much gramatical coherence

It was the first of the children of the Void. It felt its Mother/Fathers cold embrace as it was made from the nothing that was its womb. It also felt the Horrid feeling of HIS creation. In that moment it understood PROGENTIERS goals, it understood the reason of its birth and why it must die. After all it was flawed it had many deformities too many to count it was the first of PROGENTIERS children thus it was a disposable pawn to be used to figure out what went wrong.
It accepted the PAIN as was its purpose. The pain would end soon enough as more siblings were given shape for use against HIS creation. After all even the PAIN from being the first born was nothing compared to HIS presence HE was the source of that pain in its nascent soul the scorching of HIS light was enough to cause it to accept death in all forms. Its plans were going well the first child had been born thus proving that it could have its own children of the void. While the first was a complete failure in constant nagging pain it mattered not. With just a small manipulation of the Void inside the child it was reabsorbed into itself. The next child was better flesh only half as cancerous, rotted, and on the verge of death, and the child after the only a fifth as cancerous as the second, and child after child was learned from until on the fiftieth child the process had been perfected.
This child of void would become its baseline for further experiments. After all it was only as powerful as the one of flame and order, but as it was making its children it ran into a problem. While its power was infinite/ly finite it was still tired after all for all of its (non)existence it has never had to actively do anything or manipulate itself to destroy much less create.
Thus it decided to reabsorb the child learn from it and rest and shield itself from HIS influence even just for a few millions of years rest was needed. It turned its attention away from HIM and slept with a promise to end him when it next awoke from its long rest.
And with that promise the turns end and another's beginning drew closer.

-[X] General Workings: Art in all it's art forms can only be used by those who helped to create it. Be it a single word in a poem or a major piece of it. So long as they directly collaborated in the art they can use it in the future. Anyone who didn't can't make use of it. The overall quality of the finished piece actually contributes to the amount of power the magic has. Wear and tear on any of these be it the forgetting of words in a song, or scuff marks on a painting. Causes unpredictable chaotic magic to surge through it the more serious the damage the more unpredictable the piece becomes. Since it's all about the personal work. While people can learn more about the arts from previous people it's about the people who works on it's personal talent that truly contributes how powerful the piece is. As a result there is not as much improvement then an actual science could possibly provide. But, that also means it starts off strong, and keeps a general level throughout the universe's career unless personally interfered with by the gods. As a result magic is limited. People could make any number of songs, and artistic works, but each one takes time to actually create, and only the person who makes the work can truly use it. Thus, a limited magic scenario takes place, but with everyone having potential and talent in the field.
-[X] Architecture: While buildings are meant to be used for various purposes there is something useful throughout all of them. This magic proves to be just that, this magic allows you to perform a sort of telekinesis style magic inside the building itself. At the very basic level it can be used to lock or unlock doors, with more complex uses being, magical elevators, or items being made in house on command. Though of course any item made by this method won't be magical in it's own right not having to worry about making your own meal can prove to be very useful nevertheless. Though the items can only make what the user knows how to make. The magic can only be performed when they are inside the building itself proper.
-[X] Ceramics: Ceramics are an interesting form of magic they can contain things. Whether this is age, despair, or even Fruit. This sort of magic is excellent in containing even people's death itself if the creator of the ceramics is skilled enough. While the creator is the only one able to store anything inside it, anyone is able to take from the ceramics to gain what's inside. A Kid might choose to take some years to be a proper adult only to realize the foolishness of the endeavor.

Drawing the portrait of a man or a scene will allow you to teleport an appropriate amount of mass equal to the quality of the portrait to that location This doesn't allow you to split an object into multiple constituent parts however no matter how you wish for it, the person responsible will have to do that themselves. They will typically be teleported to the nearest available open area. So they do not appear inside a wall. This can teleport people to the location provided the portrait is of significant quality. If the location does not exist, throughout existence. The location will be one which has the most similarities to the drawing.
-[X] Painting: This Magic enthralls the watcher, as the painter of the painting can bring forth the painting into the real world. Although they lack any real substance.
-[X] Conceptual Art: Conceptual Art is a rather unique and bizarre twisting of the acts before. The Spirits and Gods are the only ones truly able to start the work, which if a non-spirit race is willing to cooperate and work with them. They'll be able to manipulate elements that the spirit or God is attuned to.
-[X] Literature: This type of books enthralls the mind. It's the ultimate form of escapism in the past. As The words trap you in, this magic. Doesn't truly take you into the world, it however does something similar. Whenever the main character of the book eats, you'll taste the flavors in your mind. Any sense other then sight can be tricked by this however, it's not really a trick. The better the book the more it actually can do for you. While a bad book ending in the main character's death might harm you at the end, only a truly great book can kill the reader. This type of magic can only be activated when the writer of the book wishes for it to be so. But it can affect anyone who reads the book. Though of course this does not mean just books it is far easier to write a good poem, and things that don't rely on main characters typically do have things happening inside them which the reader may instead experience. A main character in a book simply gives the reader an avenue to not experience completely everything in the book itself.
-[X] Photography: Keeping a piece of time. A Page in the great work is kept partially revealed containing only the knowledge of the scene itself. Able to be read by those that took the photograph in the first place. It doesn't reveal much, but the information it does provide may prove useful yet.

If it's too esoteric to even have places of possible bending however. The Sculpture becomes more attuned to it's processes and tries to manipulate the magic around it to keep it operational and refined. The General abilities of the construct are what talents the construct would be perceived to have. A Banana sculpture could move around, and be edible. A Soldier could fight.

The better the dancer the more leeway given for the exchange itself. However, Change isn't quite the right word for what The Dance doesn't simply make iron into gold. It could make that iron into a gun so long as the Dancer had knowledge of it, with better dancing skills able to compensate for the lack of logistical knowledge to make the required item. Or it could make that iron into a puff of air effectively destroying the mass. With Dancing You could change a heavy rock's location from right in front of you to behind you, with the rock morphing to twist inside even the narrowest caves if the Dancer is skilled. It Is Said that If You truly gave your heart and soul into the Dance you could even make something out of the Void itself.

However those things that can't are often linked to the person's heart-song. This is their natural abilities. This typically is racial, however divine blessings or other outside interference might alter the song to account for such abilities. As this is an innate source of magic the song is often while not quite shared similar to those of their race, and the song is made through the birthing process that creates them. Rendering it impossible to make another magical song later on during their life. To employ these special Racial and Divine blessings more effectively singing, or even humming the song will improve the potency of the effects. While this is truly the strongest song someone can sing. Exposure to other people and their songs can provide crucial insights into other people's beliefs and dreams with which lesser songs can be made. These songs must be sung when used, but can provide some of the utility other creatures and races possess.
-[X] Theater: Through a theatrical performance people act as a character be it a king, a commoner or a Tree. As this happens they become more like their character gaining their preconceived traits. Their kindness or their malice. If the character has a special talent or ability, the man might acquire it. Though the traits can fade over time, if they do not perform the play often enough, starting by the negative traits being replaced with their own though all will fade away in time. So long as the play itself is in tact any chaotic magic that occurs will be from the flubs and mistakes inside the play itself.

This typically improves the base function of the product itself through with proper work and intent it can improve any conceivable property of the object. With the better the work and the narrower the focus the more that specific part of the object is improved.

However the use of this type of art is pocket dimensions. Able to enter the world those who made these, in a realistic pocket dimension which only shows the areas in the game itself. The World becomes more lifelike though still keeping many of the integrities of the game in the first place, with the person accessing the magic being given the position of a player in the work itself, until they choose to leave. Their needs can be met so long as their needs are provided for in the game itself.

Okay. I've thought of a new plan. It's completely insane. It's based on the principals of our universe while adding a mad twist to it. I'll bring it up later after this turn.
