There Was A Different Idea: An MCU Producer Quest

I think one of The Receptionist or The CEO is good for being the point person connecting the show to wider events in the MCU. Someone who can name drop just getting off the phone with Nick Fury, Tony Stark, and Justin Hammer.

MCU characters are present, but the grunts always miss them by bring out off the office or back from location with bad timing.
 
I don't like that Control 99 only has 1 female main cast member... we can do better than that.

Also... could be interesting if they ever have trouble with legal their lawyer is Jennifer Walters, maybe not even someone we need to cast just the name for their lawyer. Could be fun, and a light way to use that Hulk IP they think we're not using enough.

Huh? The plan only selects 4 'main' cast characters to focus on and one is female, if we replaced one of the others with another female character who typically wouldn't be a part of the series or the CEO it would be perfectly balanced. Not to mention, there were only two female character options proposed so far and one of them would probably require reworking.

Feels like we've done as well as could be reasonably expected, considering.

That is our one. (also missing a - before the brackets for Lenny, lets not make a formatting error again.

Your plan makes our major focused cast:

John = Male
Robin = Female
Albert = Male
Bart = Male
Eugene = Male
Lenny = Male
Henry = Male
 
Is everyone alright with me adding Rutgers to my cast, and if I do, should I: A. Just add her to the existing characters, or B. Remove one and replace them with Rutgers.

If we are picking just one of that list to get 4 major characters, we certainly don't need to pick an additional female main, but at the time of my posts 99 was four male characters, indicating pushing all of them into major character status making the gender ratio 6-1

Hm, I thought Rutgers was part of the 99 cast as well... could we just add her?

Yeah, I misread the plan itself and thought Rutger was already a part of things, so I got confused.

Ah... Well, I originally posted the plan, deleted it because I thought it was stupid, Gorgrath decided it wasn't stupid and voted for it, which lead me to then revote it because I have a jelly backbone, and now we're here. :V

-[X] [Series] You went with Michael's idea; Begin with Damage Control already established.
-[X] [Set] Just after The Invincible Iron Man with the destruction and chaos caused by Vanko and his drones
-[x] [Form] There's 2 "Mini-Arcs" per season but otherwise it's a bunch of one-off adventures.
-[X] [Characters] Bart Rozum - Intern at Damage Control. A bit of a goof, but well meaning. Has a huge crush on Anne.
-[X] [Characters] Anne Rutgers - Receptionist at Damage Control. She may come up as a ditz which hides the competent and sarcastic mind behind her good looks.
-[X] [Characters] Eugene "Gene" Strausser - Technician and a whiz at using machines and code. Absentminded and cheery, he would be a mad scientist had he not been hired.
-[X] [Characters] Lenny Ballinger - Leader of Search-and-Rescue. He's a veteran in his line of work with a no-nonsense attitude.
-[X] [Characters] Henry Ackerdson - The Head of Marketing, always with his head on crazy ideas to improve the company's image (and profits).

Changed the form option, I think mostly episodic is the right way to do this, get the audience attached to the characters first and allow a little more freedom for the writers to experiment with the one-offs.

Of the two, I think it better to give a bit more of what our showrunner wants here, though not too much.
 
Inspired by Charcolts quest, i want to see of can get Quentin Tarantino to make one of our Movies. Perhaps Deadpool Season 2 (the first film) (heh).

Hmm, I haven't been keeping up with her quest as much as I'd like. They're really going for Tarantino for a movie in Phase 1?! I mean, I guess he would be great for Luke Cage, but I don't think you're doing that.

Still, Tarantino for Deadpool...interesting.
