The World Turned Upside Down - A 20th Century Nation Game (HIATUS?)

I've got a Mage the Ascension game in like 20 minutes so I'll check back after

The breadbasket of the fallen Russian Empire, European investors look hungrily onto the fertile lands of the State of Ukraine. But eventually...the Russians will as well.

Reports arriving soon, and will update the participant list to account for the last few new players afterwards. Expect big.

pretty much, I've been going with the assumption that around a 3rd of the population is German or mixed possibly some of that immigration moving on to nearby non-german territory as part of natural migration for employment, opportunities, etc.

Germany proper likely has a considerable population of immigrants from Southwest Africa. Likely as guest workers initiallly but eventually as German subjects/citizens. I wouldn't be surprised if a few more cosmopolitan parts of Berlin have representatives of African descent.

It also says you defected to the Russians. I'm not sure what the situation is. . .

Knight you are willfully misreading that bio. Russia is TTL soviet union, it had lots of friends that now no longer have a benefactor, greece among them

Highly militarist, utilizing British arms and support (for fears of them being pushed into the arms of the Russians), the Greek state would annex Macedonia, Albania and get involved in countless border skirmishes with the Turks. Britain's strategy of appeasement would fall short, as the Greeks wound up defecting to the Russians anyway. After decades of bullying its neighbors, the tides may be turning. Now with Russia gone

@EmperorCasey
If you like, we can establish that there was a royal marriage between Hungary and Greece sometime before the game start. It would make sense, considering they had been allies.

Did the C.S.A. just nuke a British fleet?

Perhaps there was a miscommunication. The disconnect was due to the helicopter crew learning that the Confederates stationed in Nicaragua were taunting the peacekeeping fleet headed towards the Nicaraguan Canal with the fact that the Confederacy would be at war soon, which led to Mister Liam Knowles' conclusion that they need to call the B.B.C. home office in London as soon as possible. Cue the war.

Allow me to put on my best alternate timeline Billie Mays impression: "But wait...there's more!"

Guys, stop.

Keep this up, and you'll start making me look stable by comparison.

Well now I am sad I didn't do anything so bold. I just planned on killing my own people not everyone else's.
