No, Generaly people against psychic things have focused on pylons. Whilal so discovering all humans are psychic so too much anti-psychic can be a problem.

Wouldn't worry about that, that roll failed so Terra will stay in place. Your actualy has more potential fro problems since emperor getting stronger is a fail state.

I went to bed pleased I had finally cleared my backlog, and woke up to 48 more whispers. This is going to take a while to get through.

After seeing how people responded I am making a change in the whisper quotas.

Each person can make 5 Minor, 2 Medium, and 1 Major whispers at a time. This refreshes once their whispers are actually responded to, not on a per update basis. Though you can withdraw any whispers that haven't yet been responded to and make a new one.

Send a small vessel out of blackstone into the Webway, then, when it has moved far enough from the entrance, use such a tuner to turn it fully towards nullifying the warp. All servitors and individuals on the vessel are to be Blanks to prevent choatic corruption. It is then to be returned to Mars.
It's effects on the Webway are to be observed from both within and from outside by vessels following it.

Continue the recent work on soul extraction and attempt to transfer both the mind and soul into information, resulting in immortality as a blessed machine spirit (non-heretical Proteus Protocol)

It doesn't. This is a simple quest and the mechanics are simple.

Medium I'd say, but transferring souls into information isn't going to work.

I feel like Tiberium would be Major Whisper level. Just by virtue of being tied with Kane the 21th Primarch, it being able to be used for FTL, its aggressive assimilation of matter, its usefulness in mining... it's a gamechanging seed metal if it can be controlled, unless the Imperium can already do all of that.
