So, at the moment we have how many fluffy foxes? 3 normal ones and potential 2 mini foxes ?

If Vicky gets entirely new powers from nothing I'd bet those would come from her becoming a demigoddess.
Well, it looks like Vicky's become a kitsune, as well as a demigoddess, so either is possible.

In most cases, demigods (that is the children of a mortal and a god, rather than very minor gods) only got augmented abilities, like super strength, speed/reflexes, endurance, charisma/appearance, and the like. Anything else wasn't so much an innate ability, but generally a boon granted by their divine parent.

With that being the case, most likely Vicky's powers are going to be a general physical enhancement, a possibly a charisma ability similar to her aura... which is either going to make it easier to control, or more difficult, and more powerful.

Here's a question:
What is the fact that Taylor control's water and the weather supposed to be proof of? Is there some kind of connection between foxes and water or weather?

It's the connection between Taylor, her life in the Bay and Danny's role as her parent and his long career in the Docks.
Not what I'm talking about.

and Lightning More Proof 1, 2

And likes to POSE
What are they saying 'Proof' about?
What does control of water or lightning proof of?

It doesn't prove anything. Those would be methods to show proof that she can control those things.
No, at least not in the original context.
Not what I'm talking about.

The "proof" is referring to the answer to a hypothetical "pics or it didn't happen" situation, as in a link to proof that this stuff happened in relation to Corentine.
An example in the real world would be like Old Man Henderson was pretty weird even for the Call of Cuthulu game he was a character in. PROOF

That was what I was trying to say, you just put it better than I did.

You fool! You brought up Old Man Henderson in a story-telling context! Now this story will go off the rails even more than it has! :V

Omake - House of The Ruby Dream

"I can't believe you guys talked me into another karaoke night," Taylor grumbled as Chris and Dennis set up a bluescreen and jukebox.

Carlos stepped forward, "Hey, it's a great team-building exercise, Taylor," he tossed a brotherly arm over her shoulder. "Besides, Vicky and Amy wanted to hear it for themselves.."

"You go girl," Vicky hooted in jest as a light dusting of red spread across Taylor's face.

Very quickly, the Wards had their karaoke night going, Vicky and Dean doing a sappy duet, Missy with a recent pop song, Chris surprised everyone with a Michael Jackson number, Dennis... was boo'ed off stage; he still couldn't sing to save his joke. Everyone got a little emotional when Carlos softly sung, 'When You Wish Upon A Star'. And then it was Taylor's turn.

While Taylor was distracted, the other teens plus the fox mascot gave each other covert nods.

"Hold up Taylor," the ever so innocent Missy approached the older girl, "I've got the perfect song for you."

"Really?" Taylor perked up at not having to choose a song. "What is it?"

"It's a rendition of an old seventies song, I think, with lyrics for the modern Brockton Bay area. And don't worry, Dennis didn't write it."

"Hey! Right here!"

"Sure, I'll give it a try."

The Wards grinned.

There is a house in Brockton Bay
They call the Ruby Dream
And it's been the ruin of many a white man
And Scion, I know you're one

My mother was a teacher
She tied my new blue ribbon
My father was a sailor man
Down in Brockton Bay

Now the only thing a sailor needs
Is an ocean and a star
And the only time he's content
Is when he's home on time

Oh gov'ner, tell your children
Not to do what you have done
Spend your lives in sun and mystery
In the House of the Ruby Dream

Well, I got one foot in the ocean
The other foot in the storm
I'm goin' back to Brockton Bay
To wear that braid and dress

Well, there is a house in Brockton Bay
They call the Ruby Dream
And it's been the ruin of many a white girl
And Scion, I know I'm one

Lung: You are Kitsune. You are Asian.
Taylor: No, I am Kitsune, you are now American.
You know, a case could be made about Lung not being Asian.

In the world, there are multiple different depictions of dragons, but the two most important are the stereotypical Eastern and Western types.

In the East, dragons are long, serpent like, wingless beings, elementally aligned to water and wind. They tend to symbolise Protection, Wisdom and Longevity.
Many myths involve a Dragon hiding in the guise of a snake, granting gifts to those kind to them.
While there are stories of dangerous dragons, most can be considered 'good'

In the West, dragons are big, bulky winged creatures, with a tendency of hoarding vast treasures, and kidnapping young maidens and/or princesses to eat.
Just as they are know to burn down whatever area that doesn't agree with them.
Vast majority is considered 'evil'.

You can consider the fact that nearly all stories about Western Dragons are more a story about the dragonslayer, and not about the dragon.
In comparison, none, or nearly none, stories of Eastern dragons involve dragonslayers.

Now think that the descriptions of Lung's transformed state look like an Western dragon, and not an Eastern.

And I remember reading a small poem once, that translated to English goes:

The East is populated by gentle dragons,
That guard the land and the inhabitants,
But if a dragon brings fear and pain,
It definitely isn't Asian.
- Yoko Tsuno, no. 23, La Pagode des brumes (The Pagoda of the Mists - not released in English)

So, while Lung calls himself a dragon in Chinese, it is clear that he is a Western dragon, and thus cannot be Asian.
