Well poo-sticks. Being insanely overpowered is fun. Oh well, if the GM can't write it, it ain't going anywhere.

Wonder how our Madness relates to the Force. There is a high chance that we would be labeled as a Sith, but oh well.

It doesn't. Wherever you go (if you choose to go anywhere of course), you will be a complete and total OCP.

It has to relate somehow, we are in the same universe, and the two powers are going to interact. We are doing something never before seen before, but what does it look like to their force senses (which include things like reading minds)?

Different note, wonder how good their cyber security is. Their AI isn't that phenomenal, and really, their targeting systems suck balls, so one could extrapolate that, beyond crunching hard numbers for stuff like warp-travel, they aren't that good with computers.

Eh, knew this was eventually going to happen. Star Wars obviously so we can get access to all the tech they have there. Just need to stay awhile then eventually we can go our way to become our version of the shadow broker in this verse.

Since we would have access to all their secrets stored on their mainframe

Yeah, the problem with scaling difficulty was becoming apparent. But the quest was still quite enjoyable. Will you leave a link to the new thread when you will make it?

When you aren't doing magic? You look like a normal, more or less. When you are? They s- {Force Sense has suffered a fatal error and must restart}

You know, I'm sorry, I just can't bring myself to continue this quest. I like it, but I can't come up with anything to realistically challenge you. At least, not when you're THIS OP in a normal-ish world.

That's because you made it possible to reason with the aliens and then was pretty laissize-faire (sp?) when @Trondason kept trying to push the boundaries of what we could do.

Dean was the guy we just fucked up right?

..what about playing some tech-scientist savant like we did previously, except without bullshit megaman or other knowledge? It'd be cool to do it in the fantasy setting or any other one.

From GURPS?

Yeah, that's a weakness of mine.

Yes he is.

Any time the player character in one of my quests gets super inventing powers, the game balance gets F-ed over, so no.

Indeed it is.

1. Really, when I got into this quest I was hoping to fight off an alien invasion, and expected the megaman tech to be much more constrained. Like, access to Time stop would be expensive as hell and limited to individual units. Like just one robot master. I didn't even know megaman tech was that crazy though. I don't know why you made it an option to reason with the aliens. Especially since it was done so easily.

Even letting us make multiple Savants would've been OP. You need to not hand out everything that sounds cool, and then have nothing to challenge us with. Wank quests aren't always that fun anyway.

3. Being an inventor =/= having knowledge and being able to build a bunch of ridiculous soft scifi tech. If he was in say, a fantasy setting, he could try to build things at a 18th-20th century tech, depending on the infrastructure and specific tech. If in a scifi setting, he could try to learn the technology and then try to push the cutting edge.

Dean Quest doesn't interest me since technomancy in this game seems to be less actual technomancy and more "use AI madness to cast Fireball".
