For Dawn of War, the Tyranid's appearance on 2 is specifically mention as part of Hive FLeet Leviathan, so it is a bit away from now. 1 on the other hand...
Now here is a thought there is that one house in Necromunda that has access to an STC so maybe we can point some people in that direction.

Exactly. But now he can actually use it to enact Imperium wide action via our command, bypassing the need to use hints via visions and such to prepare for major dangers. We can outright say a 13th Black Crusade is coming through him and bid preparations begin. Two birds, one stone.
