HUMAN TECHNOLOGY IS THE BEST IN THE GALAXY ??!?!!!!?!?!? (non canon)
HUMAN TECHNOLOGY IS THE BEST IN THE GALAXY ??!?!!!!?!?!?

An outpost covered in snow with the lights on is seen in in a snowy part of the planet , however, boots crunching through snow drew the eye. The man wearing them closed in on the outpost, and placed his hands on the wall of the building.

MICHEEL: I'll read the heat inside. The fireplace is lit. Four lights on the wall, two on the ceiling. Two on the desk… no, three. Four humans standing by the wall. From the right, their heights are 178 cm, 174 cm, 181 cm, 178 cm. One human is by the fireplace. He's 183 cm tall. Five humans, all male.

MICHEEL ;took a step back, before summoning his arm blade. He sped along the wall with one clean slice, going from high, smoothly to low, back up, then back down, to account for the heights of everyone inside. The speed at which he moved knocked his hat off, and he spun his arm to retract the blade. He stood, outlined by the large moon and glared with red eyes at the wall.
Inside, blood was splattered along the walls as five bodies lay on the ground, decapitated, while a man sat dead with another man's head on top of his own.
MICHEEEL :stood on the windowsill, observing his work, before his eyes slowly drifted to a figure he somehow hadn't seen. The team raised their eyebrows, how come that guy wasn't eviscerated?
the Figure: So you're micheel? You're fast. In just a few hours you heard about your friend's death, then learned we had obtained the Stone, and have come for it. And this brutal, calculated assault… none of my men made a sound as they died.

The man was the admiral from before, although his face was still shadowed by his hat. micheel walked into the room, eyeing him.
MICHEEL : I'm sure there were five men in this room. So, why can't I sense your body heat?
the admiral : Heh. Why won't you come closer to find out?
He brought out his arm blade, readying himself for battle, before Joseph's voice suddenly rang out from behind the colonel, and through a door. "Oh boy, it's Joseph." Ruby whispered. Aurelian opened the door to the room, angrily glaring at the occupants.
Joseph: Hey, dickheads! Do I have to wait forever for foo- HOLY-
His question was ignored by both of the other occupants in the room as he noticed the mutilated corpses around, as micheel suddenly jumped into the air and brought down his Bone Blade onto the colonel's head. Joseph gasped when he saw who it was.
Aurelian: micheel !
The admiral's glove shredded, revealing a robotic hand holding onto the blade. Kars' eyes widened in surprise.
micheel : it's mechanical!
Aurelian, meanwhile, focused on something else, watching as the admiral hat split, revealing the man beneath.
Aurelian: You're…Otto !

Aurelian: Stroheim! DOUBLE SHOCK! Kars… And otto, Who I thought was blown to bits in Mexico! They're both right here!
.
Aurelian: micheeel is here! And Otto too! His hand is metal, and his face is wrapped in strange machinery! The Germans are hiding incredible medical technology… is it for military use? Is that what saved you, otto?
Otto :turned to him with a grin, as the red eye piece over his right eye flipped up.
Otto : Aurelian, even hell can't keep me.
Joseph I'm a bit happy. No wonder you know me, you sneaky basterd .
otto: I DON'T NEED HELP THIS TIME, I NEED YOU TO WATCH ME WORK.
Aurelian grinned at otto swords, before taking a step back and wincing at the glare micheeel was sending at him. The fallen was completely ignoring otto's grip on his arm in favor of staring daggers through Aurelian.
Joseph: Holy shit, you're pissed. How'd you know it was me?
micheeel: Don't talk to me.
Aurelian grinned and threw his arm to the side.
Aurelian: You think I'm gonna let you psyche me out, micheel?!
micheel just kept staring at him, causing sweat to roll down the side of his chiseled face.
micheel: Aurelian… Once I take the Stone, I'm going to tear you apart. then am going to ascend to deamon princedom to kill that failure of a father
Joseph: Are you speaking as a warrior? Or do you just want revenge, Kars?!
As the two warriors glared at each other, Stroheim, Who was still grasping Kars' blade and seemingly forgotten, spoke up.
Stroheim: Oi, micheel! Look here, I will be your final opponent!
micheel: No machine can stop me!
otto: Oh? You think so?

Suddenly, otto's other arm bent fully around his back, in a way that most certainly would have dislocated several bones, or would have required the breaking of others to make possible. He pinched Kars' hand, and Joseph blinked in shock.
Aurelian: Arms don't bend like that! Are both of his limbs mechanical?!
otto pinched down harder, and the sound of tearing flesh and metel was made apparent as otto grinned widely..
otto: AND NOW!
The flesh on micheel ' hand was ripped off, and the fallen hissed as he managed to break free from the admiral's grasp and jump away.

otto suddenly slammed both of his heels together, stood up as straight as a board, and saluted

otto: MY POWER IS BASED ON DARK AGE TECHNOLOGY ! I, STROHEIM, WILL FUCK YOU UP!
He reached down and grasped a random metal ball from a table, his mechanical hand twirling around .
otto: And so, micheel… we've calculated how much we should reduce you to eliminate you.
He crushed the ball easily, a difficult feat for a normal human.
otto: I'll pluck you like a grox, one damn square centimeter at a time! Oi, Aurelian!
He spun and threw the crushed ball at Joseph, who quickly blocked it.
otto: Don't you dare feel sorry for me... MY PROUD NEW MECHANICAL FOOOOOOORM, IS THE PEAK AND THE PRIDE OF MOTHERFUCKING HUMAN SCIENCE AT IT'S FINEST! YOU COULD SAY, I HAVE TRASCENDED MY HUMANITY, JOJO!

He pulled the front of his uniform to the side, revealing a mechanical torso, with a machine gun jutting from where his belly button should have been, with an ammo belt falling to the ground with how large it was.

Joseph: H-his torso is mechanical too?!
*BRATATATATATATATATATATATA*
micheel attempted to dive backward just as otto opened fire, sending bullets flying by the dozens and tearing through both him and the wall of the outpost.

You know, I wonder what those shitheaps from the Cabal are doing right now? With them being utterly proven wrong and the sudden change in the Warp, I'm pretty sure that they would triple down on wanting humans exterminated.

Conspiracy that Malcador supports/tolerates because they help to fix things in general. There's a reason why Aldrich is now in charge of the IA(fix corruption and budget issues) instead of a shoe in political candidate. The false Omincepia STC (being used as a vehicle for insertion of fake STCs that MJ makes and to help Mechanicus science) is also their plot.
First major omake that I could find easily about them: The Lost Primarch Quest

Daemon's summation of Commoragh's implosion "khorne and the Ork Gods started laughing insanely leading to psyker explosions. And because the Dark Eldar used their psykers and gave them the bare minimum of CR, that led to three separate daemonic incursions which led to massive losses and three regions being temporarily lost to Slaanesh before they wound up being beaten back at absurd losses. A fifth of the Deldar died, and around 9 out of 10 slaves. A tenth of the Dark Eldar wound up joining the Harlequins and 15% went to the Kabals in real space."

Commoragh lost all their defenses that made the infighting slow into a stalemate, most of their tech from the height of the Eldar empire and even if they werent fighting *again* they will only be able to rebuild Commoragh to 60% of what it was.

Oh and Vect is legit considering joining the Harlequins.

Edit: And apparently our antics in the Maelstrom and the resulting cleanse are putting even more weight on Vect's scales of joining the Honk God's ranks.

Oh! And apparently Kesar was able to reclaim RP 27 due to its leader daemon being dead and none of the others wanting to go near him, so the invasion forceretook the planet...there was apparently 4 other planets he *could* have done this on further...but 3 of the 4 ***ate*** the 4th in order to get out of the Ritual War so we were 'stuck' at 'only' 42 planets for how many we had at the end.

Daemonworlds literally consumed each other at the behest of the Archdaemons in order to prevent their loss...that's so epic.

Still sucks those planets are gone. The lost gear and body's now gone and those planets could have some valuable loot on them no matter how slim they would have been usable.

Depends wich side,
The four tumors : Salt for everyone and even more !
The imperial army : holy shit it actually worked, the crazy primarch did it.
The others primarchs : depends wich one.
The eldar: depends once again, dark eldar are a bit running around like headless chicken, the others I don't really know.

It has been noted that some of our colleagues are unaware of the meaning behind the currently utilized Technological and Infrastructure Level/Tier Scheme. Attached is the following information to allow clarity.

Tier 1: No infrastructure
Tier 2: Basic government (At this stage can only try improving the government)
Tier 3: Basic farming (Population can feed itself, but poor rolls will result in starvation and tech loss)
Tier 4: Intensive agriculture (Population has enough food and won't starve even with a shortage)
Tier 5: Basic economy (Revenue starts to appear for the government besides fiat)
Tier 6: Early industry (Mass production begins)
Tier 7: Late industry (1980s infrastructure)
Tier 8: Post-industrial (Modern day infrastructure levels)
Tier 9: Intraplanetary (Worldwide transportation across the planet, think Hyperloops everywhere)
Tier 10: Ground to Orbit (Basic transportation is possible to orbital stations)
Tier 11: Large scale orbitals (Can transport large quantities of material into space)
Tier 12: Orbital Industry (Can produce fighters)
Tier 13: Shipyards (Can produce frigates)
Tier 14: Zero g mining facilities (Can produce basic cruiser)
Tier 15: Large scale orbital refineries (Can produce advanced cruisers)
Tier 16: Megaprojects (Can produce battleships)

Tech Level

01-05

Stone Age: Inhabited by people who live in small family groups, dwell in caves or rough shelters and use only the most basic of tools made of stone. People survive by hunting and gathering.

06-10

Iron Age: The people have started to learn how to shape and work iron to make more effective tools and weapons. They are also living in more substantial and sturdy buildings. Hunting and gathering is still common, though small farms may be seen dotted about.

11-15

Steel Age: The use of iron has evolved into the manufacture of alloys to make steel for weapons, armour and tools. Farming and trade are ways of life for most people, and civilisation has started to gather in fortified villages and towns. The ruling classes live in large stone castles. Communication networks of couriers and carrier birds are common.

16-20

Pre-Industrial: The underclass lives mostly by farming, and there is a richer class starting to make use of new technologies and mechanical devices to aid in manufacturing. Printing presses make education and distribution of information more efficient.

21-25

Industrial: Has completely moved on from small farms and independent manufactories. Everything is mechanised and automated. The population mostly lives in large cities, and computers are starting to become common in all things. Solid projectile weapons are the norm for military forces, and advanced armour has started to appear for personnel and vehicles.

26-30

Early Space: Has developed basic space flight, and may have established settlements on its own moons, and even close neighbouring planets in the same system. Basic las weapons may have been developed.

31-35

Advanced Space: Has explored their own system, and colonised any viable planets to be found there. Las weapons are common, and cybernetics are starting to become practical.

36-40

Warp Space: Has seen the development of warp drives and Geller fields, and the inhabitants are capable of traveling the galaxy beyond their own system. Powerful computers are common. Cybernetics and advanced medical techniques have been developed that border on Imperial level augmentation and rejuvenants. Primitive models of more advanced weapons, like plasma and needle weapons, are rare but present.

41-45

Low Imperial: The advanced technologies of the Imperium start to be seen, but are not always available. Standard issue and common weapons and armour can be easily found, but rare, expensive or very high tech items are still unavailable most of the time (no items with rare or very rare availability can be found on these worlds).

46-50

Mid Imperial: Most of the technology of the Imperium can be found. Only the most obscure or scarcely found items of technology can't be found on these worlds (very rare availability items cannot be purchased). Most Imperial worlds are at this level.

51-55

High Imperial: The peak of Imperium technological advancement outside of the greatest hive worlds and Adeptus Mechanicus worlds. Anything and everything that can be bought on the open market can be found on these worlds, and the local troops have access to the most advanced weapons, armour and equipment.

56-60

Advanced: Have access to limited or developing technology. In the Imperium of Man only the greatest hive worlds and forge worlds have this level of technology. Although it wouldn't be surprising if some Inquisitors, who at least can be trusted to not fuck up all the time by both their fellows and the Mechanicus have a planet or two that run an actual research facility that legitimately researches new technology.

Within the current system the domain of Svarga per annum would see the following amount of Production: 201,979.8137

This is very much an astounding amount for one of the smallest domains, but given the relationship between Kesar Dorlin and the Mechanicus as well as Kesar Dorlin and Fabricator-General Kelbor-Hal this is not unsurprising. Warranting of suspicion for such investment into this domain yes, but on the whole nothing too nefarious.

As of the moment Captain Baldur has engaged in...what some believe is unwarranted speculation with regards to the patterns in which the Eleventh Primarch Kesar Dorlin has named the domain the Emperor has bequeathed and charged him with governing. Below is the following speculative analysis whose insight while potentially useful was unrequested and currently remains unofficial pending review.

Svarga, he bandied the word about his brain, from what little access he had to the history of mankind the word had quite the meaning. Heaven as some religious folk would cry out. For a more religiously divorced viewpoint, it was simply put: paradise.

Kesar hadn't enlightened him as to why he'd chosen the name, but Baldur could roughly guess as to why the Lord-Primarch might have picked it above all others. At least he could take the gander having utilized his own authority to access various historical data regarding Humanity and more then a fair few letters to Malcador bringing questions to hone in on the word itself.

Some ancient Terran entity had given the name to what amounted to a lesser heaven. A transitional paradise for those who had done good, not great - but good. It was the place where those who lived righteously resided until they could rejoin an eternal cycle that might see them blessed with absolution.

More then all of that, Svarga was actually presided over by a God. Not just any God, but one who slew the great malevolence that obstructed human happiness and prosperity. It had been perhaps one of the most enlightening series of letters he'd shared with Malcador as the Steward illuminated the very history of that word - of that name.

It had brought to light things Baldur hadn't thought to original consider. For one the entire thing actually proved to be remarkable in the insight that very word gave regarding Kesar. But also, it actually helped lay out what he had figured his Primarch wanted out of this domain.

Paradise. Heaven. Righteous lived there. Presided over by a God who slew evil. Evil that inhibited happiness and prosperity. All of it told a story, an interwoven tale who etched out a future for trillions and the thoughts of one very important individual.

The purpose it carried in standing tall as the title of the domain was one limited to a select few individuals, but above all, it was purposely named for a single person. Kesar Dorlin, the 11th Primarch himself. The name of the domain was an ever present reminder of what he strove for. It was the very dream he wished to make reality.

Many had thought Astartes were nothing but mindless automatons - their hypnotherapy having overridden any true personality and they were partially correct. Those indoctrinated at a young age - those without actual parents, those Kesar didn't attach to his Legion via their children to possess power over them... they were the ones who minds and personalities were more borne of the Legion then any. But those like Oriacarius, Rikard, himself? That wasn't the case.
And it because of that very thing that Baldur actually understood the subliminal action Kesar had implemented. He'd retained his memories, his history - the Emperor hadn't the heart to burn that out of the first generation. Those who had stood as guardians to the very ruler of Mankind before his Custodes took over.

With that meaning attached to the word it was something Kesar was forced to tussle with daily, each time the name of his domain came to mind the Primarch had to recognize its meaning. And with that meaning came the intent. Calling it a reminder was a disservice because it was much more then that. Far, far more.

It encapsulated his ideals, all he dreamed - all he would see made true. Every time Svarga was said or simply mentioned and he aware of it... well, Kesar's mind would leapt to his plans - his ideas. He would recognize all that needed to be done, know how far along this path of his he had stepped, understand what else was necessary. But alongside that... it served to point out how far from the ideal it was. The people inside it were not righteous, but that did not mean he would not make them so.

That Golden Path of Valhalla's had far more influence upon his Primarch then thought - or perhaps the Primarch had more upon it... Lorgar had claimed so. Mayhaps the traitor had been right for once in his short life.

As to what this meant for his dream? It was Kesar's own way of declaring aloud to all in the know, but specifically to himself the struggle he'd set himself up with. His domain would be one of prosperity. One of happiness. One where Humanity could enjoy its Humanity.

It was a sad thing to see declared, Baldur lamented internally. There existed nothing wrong with the ideal it represented, never, that was one thing he could agree with the Primarch on. But it was a sad thing because reality would inherently fail to meet the dream Kesar chased.

Daemons, Xenos, and a thousand more threats stole the attention Kesar needed to forge Svarga into his dream. It took what the Primarch had wanted and left him watching day after day, week after week, month after month and year after year as it failed to live up the dream he'd built up.

Failure when witnessed so constantly was like enacting the forces of erosion upon the rock that was an individuals will. He'd watch lesser men crumple beneath such weights. It would not be pretty to bare witness to Kesar prove only too human and falter like the others.

That was perhaps the best and worst thing about a Primarch, the thing that made them so great - so above humanity had ensured they could continue where normal men might not. But it also meant that when they fell... the fall was no petty thing.

Thankfully the Primarch had prove adept in circumventing such expectations - in ensuring that precious dream of his might actually see itself reach the cocoon and perhaps enjoy the metamorphosis he intended it too. The Primarch with aid from historical data, Oriacarius, some of the brightest minds in the Mechanicus and of course, unknowingly from Malcador and even himself had crafted a relatively simple plan in the end that laid out how the uplifting of Svarga would proceed.

It was a plan that would perhaps truly let Svarga live up to the what the 11th Primarch aspired it to be. It was something Baldur was subtly aiding in... even if his own contributions weren't proceeding as appreciated. A simple reminder that every variable couldn't be controlled. People, rather life itself would create problems.

They were challenges that he and many others would rise to meet. Of course, as Baldur had told Oriacarius himself back when he presented the proposed Training Program for the Legion: "You don't rise to meet your expectations but fall to the level of your training." He was certain the First Captain had gotten the gist of what he'd meant.

Alongside the amatuer analysis of the Domain name, Captain Baldur has also brought forth other such analysis relating to the Sector names.

At the moment only one has managed to come through clearly, below is the believed insight from Captain Baldur in relation to the Asgard Sector name.

Baldur sighed, already shaking his head as he finished off the last of the notes Malcador had sent over for his perusal. Asgard, the word rolled off his tongue quite easily conjuring up an image of something more befitting of Leman Russ. According to ancient, and Baldur had come to understand such a term was indeed meaning long, long ago, myths Asgard had been a realm from which a group of Gods ruled over the rest of nine interconnected realms. The idea was ludicrous but he wasn't here to judge the past for their faulty beliefs but come to an understanding on why Kesar Dorlin had decided such a name was befitting of the first sector.

Maybe that was it, he wondered irritably, the Lord-Primarch wished to relieve the past and lay claim to such a title. Perhaps he actually enjoyed the idea of how his might and mind reigned supreme over almost all others.

He chuckled, it was a dark bitter thing, almost as bitter as the pure-black sludge that was the caf the Army Officers partook in come morning. That wasn't the answer, Baldur knew that already, for Kesar to have such beliefs would represent a rather… fractured psyche that might soon be unleashed on the rest.

No, he decided not with nary a second glance, it had to be the idea that humanity had already undergone their death only to be reborn. According to the papers, Asgard would once upon a time be destroyed in some apocalyptic event only to eventually be rebuilt and what better of a title for the area Kesar resided then that?

The Age of Strife had come and gone, the AI betrayal past, and man's fall completed. Now though? It was the rise - the backbreaking climb, the deadly treacherous path to reclaim that which mankind lost anew.

Asgard, he thought with a huff, was perhaps a poorly named place for ancient symbolism but in this modern era of which mankind took back from the heartless galaxy that which was theirs, it had a ring of beauty to it. Only this time… there would be no destruction in some fiery pyre by some capricious godling. Kesar had seen to that and as much as Baldur might not have gotten along the best with the Primarch, he knew that religious experience of which the Shades had undergone. Before him… the warp would bleed and the daemons would die. And perhaps… just maybe in time… Even Gods May Die.

This time though - it wouldn't be Man who fell. Not again. Not ever.

Furthermore, the Captain again unasked has provided us with plans for investments utilizing governmental funds primarily with a focus on per Sector usage excluding and yet being inclusive with the tangled webs of other sectors and how they impact the agenda.

As of recent data and calculations, the Asgard Sector per annum produces 44,138.88133 units of production. Moving forward these units shall be referred to as Pu. Production Units are made up of several factors: Infrastructure Units, Technology Units, and various administrative level practices that impact the amount of production overall able to be produced.

Current directives dictate that all Advanced Sectors participate in Project Reconstruction, currently Asgard fits the parameters that define Advanced Sectors - currently leading that category.

Project Reconstruction orders all Advanced Sectors to effectively contribute 20% of their per annum production towards a collective pool that is then distributed throughout the sectors that are not considered Advanced Sectors.

To find the 20% of Production necessary for Project Reconstruction, you pull 20% from the whole thousands numeric value. In this instance, 44,000 is the number from which that 20% is withdrawn.

Contribution to Project Reconstruction from Asgard as of Year 931.M30 [Meta: Y31 Quest Terms] 8,800 Production Units.

Remaining Production Units for Asgard's usage: 35338.88133

Lord-Primarch's directive with regards to Sector Production reinvestment is primarily oriented on a heavily production oriented focus. However, recent years have shown trends shifting towards increasing the availability of medical facilities within the Sectors, their ability to operate in case of recurring Sudden Crisis - aka logistics, military weapon stockpiles and most recently improved housing for the population.

All options are kept in mind to offer several key plans that can be implemented for the Asgard Sector - note these plans can only be implemented singular, they all assume such

Plan Production:

-30,000 Production Units are authorized to be utilized in improving planetary Industrial Tiers or Technological Levels
--Personnel Recommendation is focus primarily upon the Industrial Tiers - their retooling is of less cost then the upgrading of Mid-Imperial Planets to High Imperial
---Expected Costs to reach T16 for all 190 T13 Industrial Planets is 171,000 spread out across 6 years with an assumption of a static 30k Production Units per year and no expected increase.
----All costs and projections should be made with the assumption of static amounts of Production Units due to the decrease in Mechanicum resources and the sudden drain of manpower from [REDACTED]
Maelstrom Ritual
and the Desolation of Ultima
-----Should Production Units per annum increase modified plans can be adapted, currently: assume proportionately 85% of per annum Units are invested into the Infrastructure Uplift until the 190 T13's Planets are at T16 status
-----Upon planets reaching that status, retool focus towards Technological uplift
-5,000 Production Units are authorized to be distributed across the platform of military weapons stockpiles and improved housing
--38.8% of the 5k: 1,940 units are devoted to the development of military weapons stockpiles on the planets of Asgard Sector - colloquially these are known as Weapon Depots - primarily for PDF of those planets
---Predictions are less than a year to create these Weapons Depots
--The rest of the Production Units: 3060 units are devoted to the development of improved housing units across the planets of the Asgard Sector
---Upon the completion of the Weapon Depots the Production Units previously allotted for that are switched to fund the Improved Housing Units
----It is expected to take 2 years to fully develop the Sector's planets with Improved Housing
----When that is complete the Units are therefore shifted to the development of Doctor's Training to prevent potential population growth from creating stress via the induction of plagues

Further planning at this time is inadvisable until it can be appropriately gauged how the loss of Mechanicum resources and manpower will impact the continual growth of Svarga and by extension the Asgard Sector.

Hmm... question for you Daemon.

If even Nurgle just gave up on attacking him, doesn't that mean we could just find a Daemon world throw Kesar on it for a year and unlock Daemonsbane tier 10 preemptively or is that still to much for him?

You're right about that. Just losing 8 out of 50 is not a bad deal considering we just cleared the Maelstrom. Hey @Daemon Hunter, will there be loot roll for each of the remaining 42 planets after the war?

Yeah and the only way they managed to escape was through a very last ditch effort of desperation, otherwise Kesar would have been able to push us up to 45+ planets...which would have been *obscene*.

Basically, they had to cheat just to deny us a **bigger** victory :p

Daemon, how did the emperor react to kesar's bullshit victory?

Laughing in Drach'nyen's face covers it.

You could, the main issue is that daemonworlds run from Kesar now. That and it takes more than a year for Kesar to kill everyone on a daemonworld.

@Daemon Hunter

Is Pert getting rights to rule that part of the Maelstorm as well?

If he wants it yes, but he really doesn't as clearing it for proper use would be a slog.

planet survay : elseweyr
planet assesment :Elsweyr
The northern regions of Elsweyr are dominated by badlands and desert, a climate of which has influenced the culture of the Anequina Khajiit massively. The 'kingdom' is little more than a collection of chiefdoms in loose cooperation, but all with a common goal of preserving said culture and protecting their lands.
The southern regions of Elsweyr are dominated by dense jungles and woodland, similar to that of neighbouring Valenwood, the climate of which has influenced the culture of the Pelletine Khajiit as much as that of their counterparts to the North. It is presumed that the head of state in Pelletine remains to be that of the religious Khajiit Mane, who resides in the city of Torval. The society of Pelletine itself seems to be deeply involved in the process of trade and the production of the hallucinogenic moon sugars, which hold cultural and religious value in Khajiiti society. The aristocracy of Pelletine is known to own the vast groves and plantations devoted to growing this lucrative and often controversial drug.
the khajiit
The Khajiit are the native race of Elsweyr. Both a Khajiit's appearance and physiology depend on the Lunar Lattice of Masser and Secunda during the time of its birth. These appearances can vary drastically from one breed to another, with some Khajiit resembling the common house cat, other Khajiit resembling huge bipedal jaguars,

Many Khajiit disdain weapons in favor of their natural claws. They make excellent thieves due to their natural agility and unmatched acrobatic abilities. Many Khajiit are also warriors, although this is mainly true of the Cathay and Cathay-raht, while the other breeds are quadrupedal - either muscular and extremely hardy or lithe and very agile. In addition to their native quickness, Khajiit have developed a natural proficiency in stealth, and have the added benefit of native night vision.

Flora

The herb and alchemical ingredient Nightshade is native to Elsweyr, and is reputed to be quite poisonous. Despite that, the Khajiit cherish the Nightshade, attributing magical powers to it and hiding it in "their armor to increase their abilities to skulk, hide and become invisible." The plant is also to be found in Western Cyrodiil, surrounding Skingrad, but also in lesser quantities around Bravil in the Nibenay Basin and Cheydinhal in the northeast. , Nightshade, properly processed, damages health and luck, burdens, and fortifies magicka. As no further effects are registered, it could be presumed that the Khajiit habit remains a bit of superstition.

planet survay : argonia aka the black marches
The name "Black Marsh" was given to the portion of Argonia that was conquered by akavir .The majority of this province is a swampy marshland, with the southern half resembling a network of small islands, broken up by intersecting rivers. Little is known about the actual size of Argonia, except that Lilmoth is located fifteen miles from the Topal Bay.the province of Black Marsh encompasses the south-easternmost lands of the continent.

Black Marsh is also subjected to a unique type of rain that is sometimes referred to by the region's inhabitants as "Hist Piss." Often accompanied by heavy thunder and fog, it has been described as "an inferno of foul-smelling, yellow-brown rain."

Culture

Very little is known about the Argonian culture as of the Fourth Era. The difficult terrain within the Black Marsh, coupled with the apparent isolationist policies of the Argonians, renders this largely a mystery. It is known that great emphasis is placed upon the Hist, the strange trees that are abundant in the Marsh. Even what little is known about the Hist is the subject of much rumor and speculation. It is believed that the Argonians are somehow co-dependent upon the trees, and that the Hist forms some sort of hive-mind.

Marital customs among the Argonians is one of the few widely-known aspects of Argonian life. some Argonians adhere to their native marriage traditions. In Black Marsh, it is customary to present a lover with an Argonian wedding band, which is crafted by the courting member. Each ring is unique and has personal meaning to the creator and the recipient. The actual ceremony of marriage is very long and complex, and involves unique rituals, spoken in the native language of the Argonians.

Argonian culture in Black Marsh is not fully understood. Some evidence suggests that, like the Khajiit, the Argonian lifestyle is tribal. However, considering references to the Royal court of Argonia and the existence of the Shadowscales, the presence of some form of organized Argonian government is indeed possible.in the past Argonians built stone stepped pyramids called Xanmeers. The artistic carvings adorned on the ancient xanmeers depict reptilian heads, stylized with right angles. Many present-day Argonian settlements are built on the site of Xanmeers, utilizing the structures as palaces and plazas.
