i am hoping to get all sort of nursing home and gene research options, i am very happy even Fulgrim awed by our Planet and its Art. I invested a lot for those art omakes and they made an impact. Hopefully, our art and culture will spread rapidly among our domain.

The Valhallan Viewpoint
AN: Omake by Mysterio

"Is this thing on? Can't tell to be honest."

"All right you want to know what I know about Kesar? Well all right then I was one of the people working in the orphanages, you see a lot of kids there, parents killed by cultist, turned into cultists, or just die by a lack of food and shelter. And the kids? Well they all end up here, there was a never-ending shortage of orphans. And frankly they all start to blend in…. but Kesar? Well when he first came in…he was different. Wasn't sure what, just that compared to the others he was…different. And that's not including him growing taller and bigger than the others. Didn't cause trouble but didn't seem to connect with others…. or perhaps the others could not connect to him not sure to be honest. I was busy of course easily flooded with kids who wanted attention, who needed attention, keeping everything in order in a state of chaos. As well make sure they could get the best they could. Kesar? Well he was quiet just looking at people, reading books at times…some of them seem pretty advance but it didn't look like he was having trouble…no it seem more like he was bother by the lack of books on certain things rather. Or just banned from what kids where suppose to know or something."

"Sometimes adults would come in and try to adopt a child. What for? Well some wanted a child but couldn't get one others wanted someone to carry the family legacy, some needed an extra hand there were a lot of reasons and few of us staff members wonder who would get adopt and have a family, sometimes we thought it would be Kesar. But for some reason he wasn't chosen, not sure why to be honest there wasn't any problem with him he would be a good son. Though perhaps they thought they couldn't live up to him or something. Course when you look back now it makes a person wonder if he "was" adopted by someone how would he turn out? Makes a person wonder."

"Course when we learned that he was the son of the "Emperor" it sorts of made sense. He was…..is different from the other children. He was meant for great things…. though at the same time I can't help but feel he was denied something I saw with other children."

"I wasn't close to him like I said I was swamped with others just noticed him but I get the feeling that I didn't helped as much as I could with him."

"He did so much for Valhalla...but I feel that we didn't do a lot for him."

For the PP, can we give some upgrades to that forgeworld we acquired sone time ago? They have been sitting there waiting for stuff while we upgraded Vahalla.

Daemon what are the absolute limits of genetic and warp genetic technology trees in relation to our common citizen population

It's these:
-[] Mark II Bolters gained – Costs 50k PP for the full upgrade. Provides +10 to Legion combat when completed but applies at +1 increments. Will suffer logistics issues if <5% of worlds have Distributed Weapons Production.
Enjou could I convince you to spend 2842pp for domain-wide first training.
For less population loss, abstract morale, nice fluff and the like.

11491
For infrastructure, upgrading a planet straight to Tier 4 is 10 PP. Doesn't matter if it is Tier 1 or 2. Upgrading from above Tier 4 upgrades directly to Tier 8 for 20 PP. After this, it progresses one per level. For Tier 8, 9 , and 10, upgrading a level costs 50 PP. For Tiers 11 and 12 it costs 100 PP. Upgrading a Tier 13 planet costs 200 PP. Upgrading a Tier 15 planet costs 500 PP. For technology, upgrading up to pre-industrial is 10 points, upgrading industrial up to warp space is 20, upgrading warp space to low imperial is 50, upgrading to mid imperial is 100, and upgrading to high imperial is 200. For upgrades to tech and infrastructure, don't bother saying what worlds and how many, I'll take care of that because otherwise, I think it will take too long. Just allocate PP for that.

Infrastructure:
1 Tier 13 Planet to T16 -900 PP
1 Tier 11 Planet to T16 -1,100 PP
3 Tier 10 Planets to T16 -3,450 PP

Total: -5,450 11,491 - 5,450 = 6,041

Technology:

30 Mid-Imperial Level Planets to High-Imperial -6,000

Leaves 41 PP left.

Effects: 111,864 IP, 1,027.39 TP = 10,720.44 Raw PP

Edit: just showing potential things we can do, about to go calculate the effects of upping Low Imperial to Mid-Imperial.

Edit:

60 Low Imperial Worlds to Mid-Imperial -6,000 PP

Effects: 111,864 IP, 1,117.39 TP = 11,180.15 Raw PP

What do you guys think? Should we buy some buildings or just do as I showed above for this turn? I mean, I'm fine with buying buildings. However, if you guys wanna do that I'd suggest in all honesty doing it next turn. As we'll have more PP due to our new +1% PP stuff we got this time around and after Daemon edits the Excel Sheet we can decide which buildings to get and have this planned out for next turn soon enough.

where is this excel spreadsheet? I can't find it. Personally I think we should either save for megastructures or build everything that provides a +0.1% our PP amount

The excel spreadsheet is linked on Legion Stat's Page. It's more Google Excel.

Also the issue is most Megastructures are too fucking expensive to ever be bought anytime soon for sure. And that all .1% or .01% buildings can only get up to 10%. Uh, there may be some other issues regarding them as well like some requirements regarding tech level, etc...

Build a place to make Gene-seeds mabe?

We can't do that? I mean, yeah. Not available thing at the moment, also have to talk to @Daemon Hunter about it.

[X] Plan Domain Care

-[X]First Aid Courses x 24
Total Cost 11490 PP

PP per year before upgrades 9452.523307. PP per year after upgrades 11266.9081 Current plan. Includes getting more distrubuted weapons production which we need to have in order to use the improved bolters upgrade. Specifically 5% of our domain. And we aren't anywhere near that yet, but this gets us started. Getting the Asteroid Belt Shipyards Designed, which should be helpful. Gets 30 more gene monitoring stations up across our domain. As well as giving Hearth IV all of the same stuff we got for Valhalla, while getting both Hearth and Valhalla the lagrange point sensor network. And then 24 First aid courses to get started on that. Next turn, when we don't have a planet that has a good reason to beg for our attention, we can put more effort into the first aid courses. It'll take more years to get it all done, but will still get done. All the stuff we spent on Hearth going towards First Aid instead will allow for hundreds of them next year.

Mine allows for maximum PP boost this turn, your's, of course, takes care of other issues.

But I have to ask, with the Tier 10 to Tier 16 why are you saying 1150? Unless you mean that's per T10 World and we need to multiply end product by 3.

where is this excel spreadsheet? I can't find it. Personally I think we should either save for megastructures or build everything that provides a +0.1% our PP amount
Things that improve our PP by .1 or .01% currently give like 9 PP. After this round of upgrades it will go up to maybe 11 pp. Quite simply they aren't and won't be worth it until we have 50k PP per turn or more. Though the .1% ones have a limit of 10% each I think. Beyond that, the Mega-Structures cost such an absurdly huge amount if we did nothing but save it'd take us centuries to get that amount, whereas it'd take a lot less time if we invested our PP into getting us more PP over and over again.

Totally forgot to multiply it there, though its added correctly into the total. I'll change that.

Build a place to make Gene-seeds mabe?
We basically have that in the gene-monitoring stations or at least, it'll get us more recruits, which isn't really the same thing, but as far as I can tell we've never really needed to worry about Gene-seed numbers.

Just a note, but Hearth should have one of these and anything else we've built multiple ones of.
Well, that's possible and I'd hope it is true, but without word from Daemon on it, I'm just covering my bases there. If it has been built there, we can switch it out fro the First Aid Training and get that working for a bunch more systems. I do like the idea of getting our entire domain upgraded with it, especially since in order to keep it that way, we'd only need to spend 180 PP a year at current rates.

Fair enough, I'm screwed as I don't have a TI-83 or a Scientific Calculator, so I'm doing this via phone. Calculator. Lol
Oh? Can you use google sheets on your phone? I've just been copy pasting Daemons spreadsheet into one of my own, and messing with the numbers to test what effects things have without having to really do much of the math myself.

I'm typing this stuff up on my computer, but since I don't want my calculator closing every time I check on the spreadsheet I do the math on my phone so it's always there. Also, I believe you can use Google Sheets on your phone, but only if you have the app for it.

I added that to my PP spending plan, and gave it a name. Though I did specify that the Purity Rune should be given to everyone regardless. Also, about to edit it to add that he's going to share it with Kelbor-Hal as well. Gotta keep the Mechanicus happy.

[X] Plan: Max PP!

My rational for this plan is thus:

With all the bonuses we racked up this turn, next turn we should be getting quite the haul on PP and in which case we can spend this time now actually sitting down and talking about the buildings we want to get. We can devote the entirety of next turn to Domain Upgrades via Buildings, while we use this turn to get more PP to be spent on it. We kinda haven't been planning PP spending ahead of time, so why not start now? We do this, get alot of PP to be spent next turn and we'll have a plan for what buildings we wanna buy so we can actually buy them. Rather then tossing something together last minute. We would be capable of getting most of the complexes we want and need, the first-aid training, etc...

Edit: Just tossing a rival plan out there, so we at least have different options available for people.
