@Durin
woulden't intrigue help us in diplo-situations with parties that are not fully cooperative?
IE: ferreting out their lies/manipulations/etc?

or does diplo cover the entire range and intrigue only cover "cults and cult-hunting"?

[X] Chief Administrator Martinus Argall- Nurma has worked closely with Martinus Argall and the Administratum. This has given her a solid understanding of the bureaucracy, and an appreciation for just how well method of delegation works. Boost to Admin, better at delegation.

Anyone remember if we got proper Psykic titans up and going? Not the imperium atrocity, but like our Psy-knights but bigger.

And our city gun batteries have more fire power than a regular Titan and we still make those. The point here isn't most efficient magical fire power per throne, the point here is big stompy robot that is also magic.

I fully support the delegation focus, but I can't shake the belief that Diplomacy alone isnt the best way to it.

Diplomacy can take many forms, from interpersonal communication through politics to making deals or intimidation, but anyone managing people and therefore high up in administration of a large organisation needs to be capable of delegation to some degree to not be incompetent in the position I think.

Ned to recast vote because the options have changed.

[X] Minister of State Kent Cline- The Minister of State has spent much time on Avernus working with the Council of Peoples, and Nurma was often his liaison. In this role she has learned much about diplomacy and how to work with others of different mindsets, a trait often not developed on Avernus. Boost to Diplomacy, better at seeing from other prespectives

I'm not certain it's the only way to do it but to my knowledge, the only hero unit we've ever seen whose entire focus is delegation is Thanquol the leader of the Khoswe, and to my knowledge, he was entirely focused on diplomacy only branching out to focus on learning later to provide better mentoring to his subordinates. For other stat types we've seen delegation traits before of course but never a full delegation build hence selecting the only stat I know for certain can make a functional delegation build that can then be built on top of later with other stats.
Not sure we CAN pick the same trait twice tbh; plus, I feel like intrigue would synergize with diplo.
We can. The update said to pick one or two stats, and the only known example of this build was a diplomacy hero so we're almost certainly served better by doubling down on the core stat before adding on other stats later rather than spreading ourselves thinner now.

Intrigue can help in certain diplo situations, especially hostile ones but you are unlikely to have many of those. Hostile diplo is the trusts responsiblity not yours

Could we please not pick Admin as a focus, of all the stats it has the least benefit to a Governor. Martial. Diplomacy, Learning, those are far more valuable.

Per Durin if we want to have a Delgation Focus having any of Diplomacy/Martial/Admin is enough as a focus, which with the way the vote is going is already guaranteed with Diplomacy.

[x] Arbitrator Jane Oakheart- Nurma has often been assigned to work beside the Security Forces of Avernus, and their leader Jane Oakheart, whose skills in that field while not as known as her combat skills, are still legendary. Boost to Intrigue
