The Firestorm: A crossover invasion game. Looking for a 40k faction player.

An alternate to the Hive Horde:

WATERMELON STEVENS!

Tier J
Leader: Watermelon Priesthood (Collective leadership among the priests)
Why They Are Here: The Watermelon Stevens, a few days after defeating Malachite, suddenly experienced a massive transfer, in which not only did their population boom to an astronomical level, but they were brought from Mask Island to Xarmarazdik.
UNITS
12,800 catapults
1,280,000 Watermelon Calvary(Watermelon Stevens on Watermelon Horses!)
102,400,000 Watermelon Spearmen
229,800,000 Watermelon Militia
1760 Watermelon Priests
128,000 Gliders
3,072,000,000 Civilians
TRAITS
+Seed-filled bodies: Each Watermelon Steven is filled with massive amounts of seeds. This makes each one capable of harvesting their own young. Population grows much faster.
+Born Fighters: Watermelon Stevens, while somewhat peaceful, were originally born to fight and can provide a potential challenge in numbers even to higher-end fighters. At the very least, they can provide a distraction. Bonus to all land fighters.
+Unassuming Appearance: Watermelon Stevens don't look overtly powerful or strong to outsiders. This gives them an advantage, at least initially, against higher-tier opponents.
-Uncanny Appearance: Watermelon Steven's can be somewhat creepy to humans. Minus to all interactions with humans.
-Young Species: Watermelon Stevens have only been around for several years. This makes them more naïve and vulnerable. Are more susceptible to foreign influence.
-Delicious Taste: Many beings find watermelons delicious. Watermelon Stevens are not exempt to this. Attract more predators.

How can my Trolls enjoy eating people if they taste like regular food?!

Take all the fun out of cannibalism why don't you.

I'd suggest taking a look at mine, but the IoM is vast, so it's also entirely reasonable for us to have different traits.

Heresy From Idleness seems to parallel my own Apocalypse Proof. Faith is your shield is basically an offensive version of Eagle and the Cog, which is a defensive trait. And Big Guns Never Tire does for tanks and arty what Stompy Robots does for Knights and Titans.

I combined most of Fear the Alien and Revere the Omnissiah into *BLAM*

Oy! That's my shtick! Your shtick is TANKS FOR EVERYONE!

If you're going Guard, I'd recommend at least tripling up on the number of War Beasts by dumping the Great War Engines and Airships, but that's just me.
I will be using my navy troops slots to acquire more tanks, my good sir. I admit, I took some inspiration from your own traits when I made mine.

Your quite right about the tanks, by the way. /Evil maniacal laughter

TANK TITANS WOOO

I'm scared of you mate, 60 Titans, even of Orkish make is something to really be afraid of.
See, the thing is before I wasn't that worried because of the balance of power, as in all factions could be said to be equal. But if we have two Imperial factions, then we're basically making that faction double strength from the get go. Which is bad for me, because you will attempt to destroy me, because Orks.

Interesting though.

This particular thing isn't too bad, but it does mean I'll end up against two player factions working in harmony who will not stop until I am destroyed as a matter of priority.

Which is a bit annoying.

"Why hello, my good green sirs! Are you interested in fighting against a never ending foe, much like yourselves?"

*Points in the direction of the Zerg*

"Have fun!"

Rather, anything could happen. The Mechanicus and more standard Imperial forces have fought against each other in the past over certain things, and there is also the possibility they might get a tad bit angry with something my guys will do.

On another note, we are allowed starships, yes?

The Zerg welcome the fact that there is a compliment found in your comment, but would like to point out that there is a large amount of space between the two of us; as has been mentioned before. There is also the fact that the Zerg are not being played as a Only War faction, which means we're not anywhere near as scary as you make us out to be.

Honestly, why does everyone think the Zerg are utterly terrifying?

Yup.

That only applies to normal factions and only up to an extend.
You are an Only War faction with triple armies (sextuple at one category) and 2.5 times faster growth than normal.
Unless there's a third Imperial player they can't match you, still.
Things get nasty when they start making allies, though.

Probably, although the fact that it cannot fly nor go on top or under the water means it is a ground vehicle.
That was only a joke. It would count as GWE.

It could be worse.

What if Dees get their hands on some way to do the same stuff orks pull?

Suddenly all matter that exists would be trapped in a superstate between exploding and exploding at a later time.
