Strange Aeons: A 40k Xeno Governor Quest

Summary of the rest:
Improve External Spynet - full pass (needed 300+), as a single-turn action with 72 extra margin of success (3rd order artificial crit I think?). We should be free to take Spynet Actions in our Sector now. Upkeep: +20 or +50?
Schools - still ongoing but should be easy to finish next turn... probably even if we need to redo all related plans for Nameria.
Doctors - easy pass. Upkeep: +20.
Deep Mining - crit! Results unclear but a basic success would generate +30 Extraction.
Nanoplague - easy pass. +Exatari Favor, +Mechanicus Favor, +Nanoswarm option.
Factory Investigation - barely enough progress to prevent future Suspicion from this action. Which is still a big win!
Study the Alloys - crit! Atraxas and Gravus make a breakthrough!
Actualize Order - easy pass, as a single-turn action with significant extra margin.
Primordial Arrays - ??? but not bad.

So we've got 2 Artifacts analyzed, one with a crit. We've got only 2-3 Actions ongoing including Balkavus (depending on Primordial Arrays).

More Harkar + battle stuff.

We started with
Naval Battle: Shogi Forces: 880 vs Chaos Forces: 1980
but everything changed when Primordial Arrays attacked
Final Base Summary: Shogi Naval Forces: 1014 vs Chaos Naval Forces: 904

Harkar apparently has a 16% crit chance, 0% critfail chance, rolls best-of-2, and gets massively better results from crits.

And "the honored daemon is basically what gave you this win; it got nerfed into oblivion by the arrays yoinking the majority of its power and then warp shred just saying nope you dont get to do a thing."

Looks like we shot down the fleet with minimal losses, due to good rolls and a massive commander disparity (their chief admiral is about as good as Atraxas I think, and he's effectively the sidekick 2ic for this mission).

Still need to roll for killing their station and the ground combat. The ground will be more difficult I think, but Nameria will get all her bonuses and we should have control of the orbitals, so we'll see.

Edit 1:
Command Layer: Chaos 57 vs Harkar 134 (3 levels of success)
Secondary Command Layer: Chaos 86 vs Harkar+Atraxas 232 (7 levels of success)
So Harkar counts as a primary commander and a subcommander, at full stats for each. Plus of course Atraxas is a perfectly competent subcommander, so the results are "lol, you all die now."

Edit 2:
With Order, Atraxas' warp shred is increased 75%->90%. With distance to target in naval combat, his warp shred is decreased 90%->75%. Which is still enough to lolnope an Honored.

Edit 3:
Ground war's going well.
Atraxas hacks the comms for the whole station and lets Nameria preach over the intercomms.
5 enemy commanders. Their leader laughs at her message. Two underlings waver. One gets eaten by Chaos as he(?) starts to turn. The last converts to our side(?) and barely survives.
Atraxas rolls an 11 and effectively ties with the secondary ground commanders (he got the better result - but by <20).
Nameria lolnopes the enemy ground commander.
We roll about on par with each other on the ground war and... we win!
...
And the last enemy commander dies from the strain. :(

Edit 4:
Leon: oh that secret riddle seems to have been activated
an Inquisition ship has just translated into the warp storm
and demanded to know your purpose
...
they try to demand your execution for interfering in their duties
...
well they are wearing a necron style power armor on the monitor
and are talking about their trade deals with the warband
so do the math
...
Nameria: "How the fuck is a c'tan worshipper working with Chaos? What the fuck is going on here? Also you are a psyker, what?"
...
well the good news is that your fleet vastly out numbers her single ship and Harkar would mince her in any fight
so everyone on Shogi's side is just sort of wondering what nonsense is going on
Atraxas is at this point convinced the universe hates him
...
the Inquisitor is not dumb enough to push the matter
and is swayed somewhat in the favor of Nameria
to be fair the inquisitor had a reason that would have held up
IE: I was using them to recover relics of the golden age to ensure that they could not be tainted by the foul touch of Chaos
...
considering that they only use non corrupted stuff
it would actually have held up in the eyes of the ad mech
they were actually fairly smart about things
using necron gear to protect against chaos corruption
only using non corrupted archeotech
doing light research
basically if they got busted in any other way it would have been easy for them to wiggle out of any crimes
...
The Froggy Ninja: So I guess in the riddle the fool was the Inquisitor and the two people who thought they were playing him was the Necron/C'tan and Chaos? And we perfectly counter danced by having a living saint catch him about to engage in trade with Chaos Marines
Leon: yes
well to be fair the plan to get her was to use the tachyon computer
to post cog the ships heading in and out of the warpstorm
or to do the fight and find the records in the station
there were several ways to reveal the fool

Leon: Cegorach by retconning your origin story
he made it so that you are an Eldar plant
just so he could start playing with you a bit

Edit 5:
Null Bolter - bolter that destroys souls on hit and erases memory of those killed as well
Conversion Field - system that translate energy from one type to another with near to no loss
Adrathic Lance - standard adrathic weapon but can be broken down to understand principles unlike Araahal's current weapon
Hyper-deceleration Field - field that slows down kinetic motion in its range (shield in effect)
????? (No one has any clue what this massive machine is - it's clearly human tech, and beyond anything Atraxas has seen before - Atraxas thinks its a fragment of something much larger - while carrying it out, later, Atraxas notices it has similarities to some of his theories about Veil-tech)
True Adamantium Samples (5) - gives a chance to discover how to make DAoT level adamantium or at least a not so crappy version

Shipyard is possessed by a Daemon.
Harkar critted the "let's destroy it while leaving" roll, while Atraxas' Warp Shred was still having some effect.
Daemon is True Dead.

Atraxas attempts to banish the Warp Storm.
Fails but suffers no downsides.

So with the big DC actions out of the way, i want to do low dc Learning next turn, then ones need to help the Exatari build ships that are better then the empire ones
We're expecting a single Learning Action to produce ~2800 DC next turn, and any other to produce ~1800, thanks to the upgraded Calculation Hearts.

you only lived at all due to getting stupidly lucky with the Emps gacha roll last turn, without the primordial arrays you would have crashed and burned. You got super lucky due to how the things work and also the fact that you could chain nerf the most powerful player into irrelevance and use that to buff your guys. It will not be so easy come turn 11.

So a CM fleet got take out along with 4k CM and there demon shipyard that got a true death so a massive win. Did the Honored demon also get true death?

And when we were give this mission did Cadia think that we were gonna get killed doing it? and can we banish the Warp Storm later or will go away on its own?

yes, it got true death. And no Cadia didn't think we could do it as we did, and if we get lucky rolls and some inventions, we could banish the warp storm. But so far no luck on it, and no it won't go away.

Yea chaos eyes are gonna be on us, not only did we give a demon shipyard, a high tier demon true death, but also a Honored demon

We should build some anti warp gear and weapon, just to boost the MC power even more vs the warp

Practically speaking, that's what the "Forge A Crapton Of High Tier Weaponry" Transcendent Actions are.

With the SimHearts, we'll probably redo the math on grabbing Divinity before doing them to give us the best chance possible of really making a difference, plus there's a shot at Relic Making.

However, our best benefit would be from making whatever's the next step after Primordial Array, as Atxy's biggest combat benefit is leveraging his Warp Shredding/Narrative Energy Juggling, which a further refined P-Array would just make easier.

We are all but guaranteed to successfully actualize divinity in one action. We can also throw an action at Meta Flux to blitz through that whole tree, which will make powering Primordial Arrays or the Veil Shield much easier.

So how good is our External Spynet now? it was a massive overkill, so i would think it would be in much of the region and on higher tier of there government

You have reached average levels in one decade. You officially have spies that can maybe kind of infiltrate imperial worlds and not get found instantly.

You went from stage 1: rumor finders to stage 4: low average imperial spies in one turn.

Yeah... The irony is palpable. Atraxas is the worst spy. He has to get a whole organization to reach average.
