We don't need to aim for the gun. aim for the car. Take out the jeep, and the gun won't be a threat.

Goku aims for the left front of the jeep. with the powerpoll, about where the headlight is.
We aim a gale palm at the right front, again about where the headlight it. no matter if the jeep dodges left or right, it get's hit.
 
Just remember that there's plenty of resources at your disposal, including the Phoenix Feather, Burning Ki, yours and Goku's techniques, etc.

I don't think either of us are strong enough to take out the car by striking the engine block. And just taking out the lights isn't enough.

The best way to take out the car is to take out the steering wheel, which we can't do from here.

the intent is not to destroy the engine blcok, but cause it to spin out. put an unbalanced amount of force on one side of the jeep, much easier.

I don't really think that would work either. It's entirely possible that who-ever is driving could regain control, and as such we are right back to where we start. Plus, if both us and goku hit it at the same time, that wouldn't be unbalanced force.

to kick up dust/ trow off the Gunners aim so he cant hit the car while we charge him

Could I get a quick picture of the mini-gun? I have an idea here, but I need to know what it looks like to know if it'll work.

Why Pole vault? we could make the jump, and we have other ways of getting over there (like hitching a ride on Goku's extending pole).

Not to mention they tend to drop the pole when vaulting, leaving it behind. Goku probably wouldn't like that.

Gives Goku the extra leverage, for faster jump.

EDIT: Skill/Weapon Skill is one of the key Attributes to that Check.

Also, a bit of clarification, since some people were asking for it, the setup is like this:
Hope that helps, sorry if it doesn't and/or is stupid/impossible in some manner. Modern warfare and military hardware is not my forte.

If you're wondering, you could take a few of the bullets from the gun without much risk of serious injury, unless it gets you somewhere like the eye. High rate of fire + bullets that can do more than just bruise, however, mean it's still a rather immediate problem. Bulma and your totally unarmored car, however, would not be so lucky.

I suppose in hopes of getting people to vote for my write in I can explain it a bit.

Leingod already stated our character would be better at precision work with the power pole. Hence why we are borrowing it. Especially since chances are using an extendothrust to someone's face while they're behind the minigun is likely difficult. The gunner is the first target cause he's the bigger threat and also because if you hit the driver first, the car might go out of control and making the gunner significantly harder to hit. Whereas when you got enough dakka accuracy isn't too much of an issue, so the car spinning out of control won't really protect us from being shot. They just need to put enough bullets in our general direction.

I suppose we do need to permanently disable the car after temporarily disabling its driver and gunner though. So maybe a subvote to have Goku smash it up after we 'snipe' it? Or maybe using another power pole strike to otherwise disable the car in a more permanent manner?
