We can say one thing as long as they have that walking nuke it it's going to be very difficult to beat them for a while. But once we are convinced of the threat of the walking new car herself and decide to make a metal variant of her. I think we'll have a better time.
I'm not saying it'll be easy. I'm just saying that our chances would be a little bit much better.

...That Selvaria and Homelander comparison I made ages ago gives me the dark mental image of A recreation of that episode in the Boys show where Homelander tracks down the lab that raised him and tortures the scientists working there for treating his suffering like a mundane day job

Funny enough I think Grimer would have had a easier time being accepted then Snively.
Grime itself is kinda interesting.
Fleetway Robotnik was a lot more insane than most versions and while he had a good intellect.
It was nowhere near comparable to other versions of the doctor.
That is where Grimer enters, he is only treacherous when his survival instinc kicks in when Robotnik is going off the rocker.
But when it is not, he is actually a lot more loyal than other minions Eggman had over the years and would be the brain unit for the fleeway side.
He literally created the brotherhood of Metaliix on the comics and a lot of the inventions Robotnik used there were his.

I won't lie, they were rolling like beasts. I still don't want them though. Seem like more trouble than they're worth.
I kinda want to find Shard and try to recruit him. Bring him to his real family! That way, if we ever meet Uncle Chuck, we can brag about being a better father than him!
For as much as I like Shard I doubt he will want to go back into the fray with us.
Like after his second appareance he literally had a change of heart and he is quite happy to not be under the doctor orders too.
As I said, the moment where a mechanical copy of Sonic starts being close to him is when they are not longer trying to be Sonic.
