Taylor should just grab Lung and drop him in the middle of the ocean before he even get;s a chance to ramp up, or even better cover him in containment foam and just do nothing so he can't ramp up.

And unlike Taylor Lung can keep her in the area simply by threatening some extensive collateral damage, Flash might be capable of moving the potential victims but she can't do the same for buildings.

This is interesting, there's so very few fics where someone has actually spoken with lung instead of simply spoken to him.
 
I like this Taylor, its the first time that i see her been talkative instead of agressive with Lung. Community policing adapted to capes ... intriguing.

Would be fun to see it done to Uber & Leet, just convincing them to create the best videogame company in Earth Bet. Or comercialising something danger-room lite for the common folk so they can enjoy the usual games with a lot more oomph.

Holy cow, she just got a lesson on going 'on the beat' and less than a week later she put it into practice. She can go talk with lung any Tuesday that she wants to. Welp, that overshadows cop knowing lawyer pretty well. I really loved this update, great job. Lung is just the right level of both totally chill and pants stainingly terrifying. You, sir, rock.
