Flash of Two Worlds, one of the most iconic stories ever, it basically created the DC multiverse and enabled all the Golden Age Characters to come back into current day comics.

Also, in addition, superhero stories/comic books were doing terrible until Barry Alen as the Flash came along, it would not be a stretch at all to say that the Flash saved superhero's as a concept for storytelling, and Flash of Two Worlds is either the most or second most iconic/memorable Flash issue of that general era.

Taking all of this into account, it's really not a stretch at all to claim that Flash of Two Worlds is one of the five most important comic book issues of all time.
