Nothing is going to happen in those ten minutes, any fire would be subdued and no one would dare to attack them.
Hell even if someone did attack you'd be the only person there guaranteed not to get hurt. You're effectively immortal while his power is in effect.

As far as I can tell, this version is based on a mix of CW!Flash and Comics!Flash, the latter of whom was once able to outrun instantaneous teleportation.

The latter part isn't what it sounds like. The teleportation wasn't instantaneous (you see the person using it gradually fading), and he had to be helped by everyone on earth and a bunch of other speeders.
If she is part CW!Flash then she will catch his chronic jobbing.
