NOW.

We COULD go after mami. We COULD start sending canon of rails right freaking here!

...But honestly?

I say we stay with our friends for now. Mitakihara and Mami are going nowhere. And we need to get Kishi over this automatic assumption that ALL other meguca she doesn't personally know are terrifying.

In character, Kishi is definitely the priority. Tamiko wouldn't want to make her girlfriend harem member #1 her best friend sad or scared by doing something foolish.

Out of character, MAMI MAMI MAMI MAMI MAMI! So yeah, tough one.

So what you're saying is: We hug Mami, then say hi.
NOPE :p

Honestly, Right now, I feel more emotionally attached to Kishi than Mami OOC.

Fucking heresy I know, but Ziz writes good characters.

I don't disagree with you and understand you, but I can't fully agree with you.
To me, and I think many others, this whole trip got picked so we could run into and interact with members of the Mikitahara magical girl community. To have reached the end of the trip, and only seen one makes this whole thing seem like a poor use of time. I mean, a Stand Lee Cameo at least has him speak.

I think a better plan then simply 'go after her' is called for.

Bah. I figured she was just buying tea. Need to be a bit more proactive here...

I think it'll be difficult to spin our encounter with her positively. Encountering four foreign magical girls at night is a little suspicious. I, too, would like to see interactions with the Mitakihara crew, but it's gotta make sense, so I vote for dropping it and hoping for another chance before we leave.
Mitakihara and Mami are going nowhere.
They might not be, but we are. I don't think trips to Mitakihara will be all that common, but who knows? (For what it's worth I do agree with your sentiment, just not this reasoning)

Frankly, there's no good way of going after her that I can think of but I still want to do it because MAMI!

Meh, there's no reason for me to care Mami in this story currently. We barely knew her from this story viewpoint.

If she like say, help us against a witch, then there will be a reason to interact with her.

Yeah, sad to say but I'm going to have to agree with letting this one go. I can't justify meeting with Mami under these conditions. We should calm Kishi down.

[X] Go after the girl!

Kishi's pretty paranoid about meeting other Guca. Better start her on the path of 'Meeting New Guca ain't that bad!' by meeting a Guca that ain't gonna shoot to kill at first sight.

Sigh... Kishi's concerns are justified. IC, Mami is a complete unknown, potentially extremely powerful magical girl that can attack the group for any reason or no reason whatsoever. Tamiko doesn't have a logical argument to refute this. She's basically rolling the dice and hoping for the best.

Except the conditions are also bad. For what reason does Tamiko or the group for that matter have a reason to approach Mami? Voting to go after her is one thing. After that, then what? How are you going to talk to Mami? What reasons do you have for approaching her? You really need an answer for this. Don't just expect the GM to give you a pass on it.

[x] Heed Kishi and stay here.
-[x] Maintain hugs.
-[x] Talk with your friends.
--[x] I don't know. I can kinda understand it... I know magical girls can be dangerous. But at the same time, some of the best friends I ever had were magical girls. I never would have met Kishi or Ariane if I didn't take that chance. And they are such wonderful friends. I could never regret that. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. So maybe... just maybe that girl is another Kishi or another Ariane or maybe she's a girl that wants friends just as much as I do. Maybe she isn't. But maybe she is. But nothing is going to happen if I don't take that chance.

Past experience says otherwise.

Arianne wasn't exactly friendly when we first met, and look at her now. Tamiko can justify her actions that way all in the name of helping Kishi of course.

I personally more worry what Mami think of 3 unknown magical girls following her. It's a bit creepy and frightening really.

I just don't believe a 'Hey it's worked out so far!' argument is at all convincing for someone like Kishi who's already had atleast one bad encounter with a magical girl. The other concerns stated by others are also valid.

Following and greeting her. Frightening, yes, but things should smooth over once we greet her properly and make it clear that we aren't here to poach or fight her. She'll welcome the company.

It's not like we're gonna stalk her. A short conversation's gonna take a minute or less.

Kishi's paranoid about meeting other Meguca, and no arguement's gonna get past that. The first step to actually solving paranoia is by disproving it right in front of her eyes.

I'm with Hannz that the only way Kishi won't be afraid of other MG's is if we disprove it, but I don't think just going after her is going to cut it. One possibility is we come back on our own and search for her in the area, without Kishi around. I'm going to have to sleep on it.

Even if we choose not to introduce ourselves right now, we should start making plans to do so soon. It just doesn't seem IC for Tamiko to pass up an opportunity for befriending.

Welp, i'm splited. I like the idea of using Kishi paranoia to meet Mami while helping Kishi as well, but this is just too fast, too out of nowhere for my liking.

Actually, having given it further thought, I'm convinced that introducing ourselves is the most IC choice.

[X] Apologize to Kishi
-[X] I know you're scared for us, but I can't just sit by. If I was too afraid of getting hurt to reach out to people, I'd never have met you, Kishi, or any of you. I have to try.
[X] Get up, and follow the drill girl.
-[X] Try to telepathy her. "Hello? Can you hear me? I'm the brown haired girl behind you. Sorry to surprise you, but I saw your ring and wanted to say hi. I'm Tamiko, and I've been a magical girl for a few weeks now. Would you like to talk? It's fine if you don't, I won't be mad."

Tamiko went straight for the befriending with Kishi, Arianne, and Mariko. It seems odd to not do so now, when we know OOC this is an MG who is both receptive to friendship and desperately in need of it.

Also, a vote for letting her leave is a vote for Mami returning to an empty house with no friends. Don't make the Mami sad.
