I think someone proposed Copy Cat at some point? On top of the obvious meaning, you also have Katie -> Cat, and Red Huntress could turn into a large feline.
Edit: But I just now remembered 'Copycat' was the name of a different hero that got killed a while back. So probably not?

Copycat was the last person who came out as a power copier and got blown up by everyone who was scared of what he could do.
I wonder if we can roll for his DNA hed be high tier but so worth it.

Frankly I dont want to imagine what A combo of Red Huntress and a Power Copier can do...I think that would be genuine overkill. Especially if the third power somehow makes it that Dynamite Ellie can Copy powers without touching metahumans/or copies everythin in range.

I am vaguely reminded of an idea I came up with ( and kind of stole from a story I need to properly read at some point ) where a character's power was 'I have whatever powers my audience believes that I have'. That'd certainly be an... interesting power for someone to have in this setting.
Edit: I should be clear, the 'audience' in that would be people observing them in story, not the readers on the other side of the fourth wall.
