I'll go with the flow on this one. Personally, had the citizen collateral not been there, I think battling would've been worth considering. It not only gives us a chance to bloody Monarch's nose, but also, the way I see it, it gives Crusade few ammunitions to target us on and get Silvio to grudgingly respect us.
Yes, perhaps we don't care too much for Crusade respecting us, but I believe the more we contradict their perception against us, the more we shave their resolve (well, some members at least) at opposing and attacking us, thus reducing the amount of capacity and ammunition they have to put up much of a fight. Forcing them into a "enemy of my enemy" situation is one of the direct ways we could potentially do that, showing them that there's more important things right now than arguing and bickering with each other over stupid shit.
Unfortunately with civilian involvement potentially becoming collateral, all those benefits for fighting goes out the window automatically. Not worth it.
