[X] Ask the Dr. Ibis to help raise candidates' tolerances.

the randomness is too fun!! plus if its between rhys and john Henry, having a higher tolerance would help with any worries. after all Mona's high tolerance was the main factor behind picking her over the others

He must defend his people.

He's also a beetle . . . probably can't do much against a metahuman in a fight. That said, he WILL be at the doctor's lab for the foreseeable future . . .
Something I was a little confused about, is Valiant Kabuto the size of an actual beetle, or is he a human size beetle? Because being small never stopped Antman, I'm just saying!

[X] Ask Dr. Ibis to eliminate randomness from the power expressed.

Spoonful of Sugar is very expensive, very slow, and not something we can benefit from for a long, long time. The reason we did this mission was so we could try to help the candidate we're giving Ambrosia to this turn, not ten turns from now. This is not the time to make extremely long-term investments that we can't even remotely afford.

This is certainly an interesting quest. I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes.

As for the vote, I simply think that guaranteeing a power expression, even just a single one, is more valuable than being able to increase our candidates' potential power level. The latter is potentially very useful, I'll gladly admit, but I just think that guaranteeing at least some certainty is more conistently useful.

DICE GODS!!! LADY LUCK!!! AHA THE ELATION!!! RNGESUS!!! I SACRIFICE MY NEXT 50/50 IN HSR FOR THIS ROLL!!!
Kermie threw 1 20-faced dice. Reason: I SWEAR TO GOD Total: 12
12 12

Hopefully Mona has good enough HIT to make up the difference.

Making it so that even a 1 vital 1x power appears opens up so many doors for us when it comes to synergy even if it does up potency by 2.
Having a power guaranteed to appear is too good to pass up, especially with our limited DNA profiles for metahuman making this turn.

Points above convinced me.

24 Hour Warning.

Despite the tally, the vote IS tied. SaberFail corrected a typo I had in the voting block, so their vote is being counted separately from the other tolerance-increase votes.
