Oh, maybe add a warning for the American to not further intervene in France. That if we see further signs of America trying to install a coup (more arms, or the Council sending soldiers) we will be forced to pre-emptively mobilize and deploy troops (VK Panzergrenadiers) while the talks are still ongoing and use it as further proof of American imperialism.
 
Bit annoying. Both of them get it wellwithintheir territory, we get to go to the Antartic.

Well, it's safe as long as they don't know.

Really think we should try infiltrating the Soviets and US though. I want to see what they're up to.

sorry, i do not see it. I want to unite the europeans to allow us to do as we need, not scare them off with an incoming invasion. So unless you give me specific wording you want to add to the social action, i cant see how to phrase things differently.
 
Covert Action: Identify, make contact and potentially invite to Copenhagen french military which would support the pacification and building of a government sponsored and friendly towards germany. We will try to offer aid and get them to be our concerned french military crying out for help so we have an excuse to play "liberator" instead of "conqueror". Mention that the Americans are preparing a forced occupation of France using the former government as a puppet.

Also confirm that the USA, if given any time, may take agressive steps against France and make an invasion of european soil.

Changed the order and added a few lines to forewarn against an american invasion. is that enough?
 
Are we certain that the Americans are planning to invade? We uoset the Japanese by warning them about something that didn't happen. Bettr not make the same error twice.

Also, perhaps make it clear that we want the Council to invade in favor of our allied french military governement, rather than just any invasion.

Instead, Hitler will call for a joined operation of all european able nations to aid the beleagured French Army in restoring order and foresee any capitalistic opportunists from taking advantage of the plight of the French people.

Do they know that only the naval portion of the treaty applies to us?
 
I'd edit that Covert action to say 'Mention that indications have been discovered by Germany that a significant faction in America may be pushing to use the Government-in-Exile to invade and set up a puppet government. And then there's the concerns that the Draka may take advantage of the weaken defences to conquer a beachhead on European Soil.'

Mention that indications have been discovered by Germany that a significant faction in America may be pushing to use the Government-in-Exile to invade and set up a puppet government. And then there's the concerns that the Draka may take advantage of the weakened defences to conquer a beachhead on European Soil.

You know, if the Allied Players do end up invading France, I'm going to laugh If it causes us to end up allied with France and the UK because the French won't accept being a puppet (Even in IRL the French were the most painful part of NATO, how much worse do you think it is in the Drakaverse?) and the UK won't tolerate America invading France when if the US is trying to be their ally they would have told them, and the UK could have told them to hold off as they are attending a conference to resolve the issue.

If the US goes into France or not, we need to change our actions. Especially in light of the Draka.
 
Not really, we're using the Council of Copenhagen to determine what we do about France. If America and/or the Draka invade, that just means what happens is everyone groups up to help the French, who've probably more or less banded together and kick them out.

Are we?

I thought the plan was to create a unified Military governement in France, and then use the Council of Copenhagen to create unified support for that Regime.

We need a core around which the support can cluster, otherwise they will default to the exiled governement in the US.

right. first gather support and make the exile-government less of a desireable option. then pacify france
EDIT: We are not actually marching into france. gathering support to do so, however.
