Yes. Doing something like that should be fine for Medea to handle without overwhelming her.Could we cast a spell to create a healing item? Like...enchant a piece of cloth or something. Something that doesn't involve directly casting things on a person.
What items do we have on us, if any? Did we keep any of the cloth scraps from Sierra's jacket?Yes. Doing something like that should be fine for Medea to handle without overwhelming her.
I can't until the end of the quest where I can explain all the details of this world, especially the nature of Medea's magic.
Outside of possible weapons, everyone was left with stuff they had on their person when they entered the old man's house. Lucas, in case anyone forgot, has a ton of stuff jammed into his pants pockets. As for the scraps, all the usable pieces (which weren't many) are currently applied to Sierra and the ones that were unusable (which was a majority) were left behind. What items do we have in us, if any? Did we keep any of the cloth scraps from Sierra's jacket?
Yeah, that sort of detail will definitely help your chances. You said we could improve our chances with detailed procedures and/or rituals, right?
[X] Cast a Spell
-[X] Empower Object: Healing
-[X] Target: Strip of cloth, torn from your shirt.
-[X] Ritual Procedure:
--[X] Tear a strip of cloth from your shirt...doesn't need to be a proper bandage, but needs to be possible to tie to Sierra's arm, and needs to be wide enough to write on.
--[X] Write on the cloth strip, in blood (to symbolize life and convey symbolic weight), "Raphael." The name of one of the Archangels, which translates as "God Heals."
--[X] Incant quietly, "Heal and mend that which is broken." Empower the spell.
[X] If it seems to work, tie it to one of Sierra's arms, touching the skin.
If we succeed once, it's added to the spell list. Then we can cast it again later, for ourselves, without rolling. We can still only cast once per update, though.[X] Cast a Spell

I'm all for this , and maybe try it for us too , there changed it a bit so we can benefit more

Well look at that, character development for Lucas. Yes please. My OT3 is looking better and better

I'm also willing to throw in the "If the spell succeeds and Sierra is feeling better, go down the corridor. If not, go back." bit that @Gingganz suggested if you all want. It'll help move things along.[X] Cast a Spell

Depends on how much of a dick I feel like being with exact wording.Good thing we have the bonuses. I guess we owe that to the bribe of cuteness (or smelliness??? ) a few pages earlier.
Just needed to ask, by any chance, can a "wrong" description actually make things worse?
