It really was something far beyond her or her old village, oh sure they used explosives of course sometimes it was a tag or full bomb, guns were known but not really useful being simple black powder propelled balls, trying to use them against Ninja who could dodge them and stab you while you were distracted was not useful. This however was not a gun oh sure it was roughly gun shaped in the same way humans were shaped the same as these lobster like headed warriors from the green ship but that was were the comparisons ended. The 'gun' she recovered had still some charges or ammo left whatever it uses. She looked back at the broken ones she torn apart or otherwise found torn apart, it was interesting to realize in some small way you knew nothing or at least what you knew was looking at the pinnacle of something….energy forced threw several complex if robust circuitry, glass lenses took the energy focusing it like it was a light threw a simple glass lens. The light was emitted from a device something like one of those urn batteries she seen lightning nin use to help empower some of their more complex ninjutsu. Again the comparisons were simple. But she was close she could feel some realization at the tip of her tongue, she just needed something time perhaps or a comparison to connect those pieces of knowledge.
Her work with the weapons from beyond was something she would have to continue later for now she needed to work on something else. While she enjoyed working on her studies she knew she needed to look after her people…..her people oh how quickly that definition had changed from the people of the mist, to her self and what she could gather to them. Anyway her people needed her to help keep them fed, they needed more but what exactly. She approached the former fisherman slash contact slash spy now just a farmer Po, he was a skinny well built man with a straw hat and a hoe in his hand and not in fact to his regrets in his bed.

In all honesty a water mill was a simple thing to build when you got down to it, however the complexities came in force how to make a water mill in a ship that might not contain water at all luckily luscious Lady Luck had her way with the situation in their favor. A water system used to help water some the ships food supplies had broken and formed an internal river which became the Based for their mill oh sure it made the villagers think they may have died and entered another world when they saw the broken pipes but that was already a factor. She caught someone calling it the God Ship out of the corner of her view. Still food was becoming less a factor, add in some hunting or another way of getting food and maybe they could start sniping any excess food.
Building a wall was in fact not easy here but the positions of the ship were already pretty defensive excluding the places where space and Metal was reshaped into a students art project and she's talking about those really blood thirsty ninja who see what they did as art which was fine to an extent but they pushed it too far. Still the last layer of welded metal and brick was added, she could hear the breaths being released, how many had held them she wondered.
