Examples
Runchu can become a hero unit by being turned from a Militia to a Unique Unite such as having a Sharingan implanted into him, makes a summoning contract, invents a fighting style such as Yang-Earth Chakra Mode.

The chakra natures of Fire, Lighting and perhaps the rare nature of Yin could in theory combine in such a way to form something new a reflection of material and immaterial light, she's now roughly sure how to artificially produce Justus of this release at least in concept, practically however she is still working on that.
Fire and Lightning were two halves of plasma a state of matter but light was more then just that it was something deeper a spiritual thing.

Building a barracks was going to be extraordinary useful for later on once a militia could be established they could be trained to be effective soldiers, while not her subject of expertise Ninja were a different sort of soldiers but still soldiers needed to come first. She'd teach Ninja another time. It had little use without a militia which she was getting to slowly but surely.

The training grounds was coming along swimming as well, constructing a training ground wasn't difficulty but finding the right area with a mix of Simulator people danger and safety was an issue. Eventually this was solved with a few land surveys. Training could now start.

Runchu was a middle aged man maybe in his late thirties, he was never a Ninja but instead a former as left in disgrace Sumo from the land of earth. He lacks the sumo haircut as it has been long cut off from his failure loosing a match to a much younger man and in anger attacking him when it was over. Despite his large size or perhaps because of it his salt throwing skill from Sumo and his ability to push other has been fine tuned into a skill to toss and throw objects with great precision. He wasn't the most intelligent of people but he wasn't dumb though he could be stubborn but could be useful, he was a hanger on to her main set of followers.
Runchu worked the fields not that he wanted to in fact he would do anything to get out of work but he still did his job eventually, his hoe in his hands.
"Kasumi-Sama." He says wiping the sweat from his head, he wore only a pair of pants and a straw hat.
"Runchu I been wanting to talk to you, want some help?"
"Yes please." She took another hoe and helped him out as they talked.
"So I been looking into establishing a Militia which could become a base for an army." He nods.
"I was hoping you could be the captain of that Militia. Your skill in marksmanship is the best we have Well other then mine."
"I don't exactly use a bow but I could hmmm." He seemed to be in deep in thought.
"You really think I could lead them?" He didn't seem sure on it.
"You could and if you did I'm willing to except you from most of the Farm work." That seemed to instantly change his expression.
"Deal I'll do it."

Kasumi knew there was danger she saw the flayed yet still somehow wiggling body of the ridged headed warriors from those green ship, he or at least she thought it was a He, had been suspended by strings which held onto his bones yet still allowed him to live in agony, such a Site made her sick at her stomach such deep and depraved cruelty and yet the fact he was kept alive despite the clear injury and immense pain was a marvel of science, she identified the strings as metal and having some kind of effect on them, however when she got closer to examine the body the strings tightened just a bit and he exploded with great force, she dodged the viscera in case it contained diseases or poisons. That was not only a show of force it was an explosive! She observed deeper in their were more these exploding bodies, she made sure not to get close however she saw a pale skinned warrior with an angular body not unlike a human but wrong, her body shape was too angular, too lithe, too...wrong before she could speak with this creature it ran quickly. Still with the aura it practically radiated off of it she would rather not encounter it. After a while of examining the dark ship which radiated a maddening aura similar to the creature but magnified she discovered something a container labeled Adrenalight in their strange language that was more art then words, clearly any drugs used by this species would kill a normal human but they could be used in experiments.

Kasumi was gifted this had always been the case she was able to see things others could only dream of, well in dreams still but it was true her gifts were powerful that much was for certain.
She felt the familiar pull of sleep and with it knew she had a chance it was sometimes something that pulled at her though a want or desire which burned white hot, tonight she would follow that string that pull and enter into a deep dream.
She floated above the water, naked and cold from the seas as she looked around she saw them six seagulls on six pillars poking out of the ocean, the wind picked up and with it they flew to her seeking to rip into her skin as they did she awoke from her dream in a shiver. She quickly went to a note pad to write down the Dream, she had to focus on the details.

Talk to someone on your ship or who you can got a hold of. Must be willing to talk to you. If you want to convince a person of something you will need to role a skill such as Intimidation or Subterfuge.
You don't need to know this person to socialize with the, for example exploring a town and talking to a random person

Such subjects include but are not limited to gaining new Powers, discovering new information, and studying information you gained such as Secrets. Combining lore into Rites is done under research not training. Most information such as books and tablets require an occult roll to get a Lore out of them.
Example:Finding out what Yin Yang Release is.
Example: Studying Alien Plantlife, Alien Animal life or Alien Weaponry.

Create a religion using th faith of you people. Make sure you indicate what this religions focus will be such as yourself as a godly figure, scientific advancement and so on.

Swift Release:You can spend 1 chakra point to reduce the difficulty on a explore action you can do this a number of times per dexterity (6) per turn. Example:You wanna explore a Dark Ship (dark eldar) so you spend 4 chakra to reduce the difficulty of exploring that this turn by 4.

So for turns I have decided that you can only use Chakra Releases once per event point so you can reduce some to a minimum of 1 turn but nothing lower then that.
I'll say this, on turn 6 the seagulls will find you, they are not good.

Ok so wanna establish a small council for this turn, we have samples of what we can create with order on page 9.

Though we would need to increase our pop as it is currently 4 pop right now. And we would need to focus on more housing after the training grounds is finished.

@Redleo I have a question, since we have heroes like Po and Runchu are we able to assign them tasks, like assigning Po to the farm or gannery and Ranchu to the training grounds, or does it have to be specific into the plans we make?

Specifactly onto plan although they are not yet heroes being both Extra but you can train them like any population so you could make them militia and then soldiers right now.

I believe we have four actions because we used chakra to finish building early. I'd suggest starting the academy.
 
Well unless we finished both the training grounds and the barracks, then I don't think we can. And if you have any ideas to change my current plan, that would be great.

So I have some bad news, starting today I'm going to be packing stuff up for a move I'll be moving next month. What that means is during this time my chapters are gonna be more sporadic and not as quick since we are gonna need to sell a lot and so on.
I'll still try to post main threads when I can

So Im not sure what Society recruit is for did you mean to pair that with the building that lets you train militia?
 
At the society tab where there were society events were with 4 points. The description says that you can kidnap or charm someone into working for you, or promote someone from your forces that you don't socialize with. I thought it would be relate to those things as I am considering recruiting a veteran or a novice Shinobi from our forces to be the academy head principal of our Academy?

Also what's the Atribute + Skill for Farmer Poe and the other socialize remember they have to be different Atribute and skills.
 
For the recruit for the academy he or she would be of Academics and intelligence?

And can the skills and attributes be the same for Poe the farmer when we are first introduced to him, or does it have to be different from the first time we socialized with him?
