He does exists. However, he only considers A version of them as his "relatives". Those version being: the very first Mickey and Oswald. So no, he doesn't have a kinship with the Epic Mickey Group nor the Kingdom Hearts group. And, since there is no Composite!Julius , he is even lonelier than Oswald was when the rabbit was forgotten.
So yeah, Mick and Ozzy should try to reconnect with their "bro" before something happens to him. Most versions of Mick and Ozzy, at least.
Also, remember the Alice from the Alice Commedies? Well, both her, Disney!Alice and Composite!Disney!Alice consider Julius specifically as their little brother.
(And yeah, Movie!Alice had one helluva headache when she discovered that , technically, she was one of the oldest Disney Characters. But, since she is a little bit of a goblin, she can use the whole "uncertain-Age-And-Family-Relationship" as a pranking tool with most Disney Characters.)
