The latter portion of your request IS part of the Quest that makes this whole thing interesting. It is FICTION, ALL OF IT. Freedom is kinda one of the major selling points. Have as much choice and freedom as you want.

Yes, but the Minecraft Dimension is in another Solar System. We can Access the End thanks to a Portal in Sweden, but there isn't a Direct Portal that connects Earth to Minecraft.
Not nerfed, and all of S-Class + Saitama + The Monster Association (Only the Named higher ups, Orochi, Do-S [Who works for Asmodeus now] and Psykos.)
Saitama STILL has the One Punch, but I don't know if it should translate to Martial 999 or into a Trait. Also, to make it fair, there are stronger being in this universe - like Goku, Guts, Frieza and such- , so Saitama has a reason to keep going. {EDIT:Ok, so the "One Punch" will be a Trait}
Yes, the Main Cast and Major Villains, but the cutoff is the Chell Saga. And obviously they are nerfed. Can still do the Kamehameah , but it will only destroy living things, not planets and buildings. Also, the Sayan Meter goes only up to Super Sayan, not higher.
All 3 yes, they have normal lives, Betty is a judge for the Supreme Court of the U.S. and Dora is going to chop William Afton head off (he makes her incredibly angry). Charlie Brown is just confused at everything.

The latter one. Dora is normally a Pacifist, but after reading and hearing about what Afton did, she was SO ENRAGED, SHE GAINED THE ABILITY TO SWEAR AND KILL. If a Pacifist gets angry at you, especially if it's one of the most famous one, then you know you SERIOUSLY FUCKED UP.
Luckily for her, there are 2 Aftons in This world at the moment: Book Afton (Who is going thru the motions of starting "The Fourth Closet") and Composite Afton (Who is Stuck as Springtrap under the rubbles of Fazbear's Fright) . Game Afton is going thru UCN, but once they finish that, Nightmare and Nightmarrionne WILL drag him down to Hell.

The Batter from OFF has been thrown in the Backrooms, Deeper Level. Despite being a Protagonist. Scott Cawthon is the only one that doesn't have to worry, since Fazbear Entertainment has deluded themself into thinking "Ah ah, this guy is an Idiot! We will say that he worked for us..." not realizing the situation they are in. Scott is Just Happy that he is going to retire soon. They don't fear their creations. Not now.

It WAS Global Anarchy from January up to February but then order returned. Generally, the world is Sligthly more stable than it was before The Merge. Africa is NOT POOR ANYMORE, housing is decent, resources are nigh infinite. Really, the only losers are Comunist China (cause Covid) and Putinian Russia (cause Putin).

Nah, the nazis were LITTERALY NUKED WHEN THEY APPEARED. By using Entity-N7kes (Courtesy of Minecraft Steve, who has access to a Mod Board), the Nazis died. The only relevant one that remains is Wolfenstein Mecha!Hitler, but they were locked up in Germany, away from cicilization.
Thank you, I ask because I wanted to know since it looks like we'll be Eggman and it's good to know if we can just start grabbing territory in a bid for a takeover or if we should start slow and build our way up. Speaking of that how does everyone feel about working with our fellow Eggmen? I know it'll probably end in a 5 way double cross but if we play our cards right we could get the schematics to some useful tech before that happens.

No fanmades, fangames or other stuff around. The latter option happens only when said character ^feels^ like searching for fan content. Normally, they will ignore that stuff.

The only characters left from the games are : Afton (Stuck in UCN), Composite Afton/Springtrap (Doesn't have internet) and the 3 unnamed higher-ups of Fazbear entertainment (they are too deluded) . The animatronics that were haunted are now empty, the souls moved on, but Puppet!Charlotte and Scrap!Baby!Elizabeth managed to stay behind.
The books characters left are from the End of Twisted Ones and Beginnings of Fourth Closet, and are just sligthly weirded. I'll say, the Book Main Cast have found out Charlie Secret, and saved her. But they are keeping Charlie in the dark.
The two FNAF Casts have not met yet.

Before grabbing territory for ourself, we need a Base of Operation and a steady force. The other Eggmans are in Japan (Classic Eggman) and EggmanLand (the other one)
