We haven't seen Zafira yet (Or have we? forgive me if we have because then the first point actually has relevance), can't include him on virtue of not appearing.
As for second. That's what I mean, that's enough for them to know each other in the terms of the sim. They work at the same school so of course they would've met each other at least once or twice and know of each other even if their memories were warped. Vita's probably going to show up there soon enough or nearby enough to be noticed.

Y-You can't stay here any longer, who knows what might happen. With a sudden burst of energy you get off your knees and begin a mad dash to your house. Shamal should be there, she should know what to do.

Everything around you is a blur with only the path in front of you being clear. Your body moves on it's own, taking corners that you didn't even know existed before you find yourself in standing in. She should know, she's got to.
"SHAMAL!" You yell frantically, winging the door open faster then you yourself could register. "I need your help! It's Vita!"
The sound of foot steps sound thorough the house before Shamal greets your view with a panic expression.
"Vita!?" She shouts in surprise, before staring you dead in the eye with a look of desperation. "Where's Vita! Is she alright!?"
"It's the Lost Logia! She said she broke one of the Lost Logia's rules before she slumped over and vanished!" You hastily explain. "She said something about me being having to be the one to trigger the meetings and not her."
"Then she must be somewhere you have access to..." Shamal mutters thoughtfully. "We need to hurry, I doubt she'd be out in the day."

"The park!" You yell, not bothering to give an explanation for there is none. You and Shamal seem to be on the same wave length, both rushing out the door at the same-

A lonely red haired girl sits on the swing set with a stuffed bunny in her hand, confusion strewn about her face before she notices you.
"Hey Bro!" She yells as cheerfully as one would expect from her age before standing still in shock.

Vita seemed to have the same thought as she mutters something under her breath before calling out to you again. "Y-Y-Y-Bro!"

"Physically she's fine but mentally..." Shamal trails off, looking over to the side. "Well, the Lost Logia put some... limits, on the way she can act. She can't even speak your name."
