It depends on how you define annoyance. Kyubey likely already doesn't like us, as we are repeatedly wasting its time. However, it is physically incapable of feeling the emotions we associate with irritation.

It can be optimal to remove or obstruct us however, if we're impeding it's work, emotions or not.
