    You are cold. This is an unacceptable state for Best Cat. Best Cat must always be warm and fluffy soft soft.
    If you are not, how could you possibly hope to be the Best Cat that Pink Girl Madoka needs you to be?

    Now, you cannot become warm here. The blankets have long since cooled, and so has the rest of the apartment.
    But the next-door neighbor does have a working heater! You've snuck over there a few times to get warm before. So to the neighbor's place it is, then!

    You quickly transform and walk over to the balcony door, sliding it open and stepping outside. Brr, it's chilly out here too! With a pop, you turn back into small Best Cat and hop across to the other balcony.
    Through the glass doors you can see the neighbor, a woman about the same age as Madoka sitting at her desk, shouting something.

    Ah, she can't hear you when she's like this. You walk a little closer to her field of view and begin to bat at the glass doors, mewling plaintively.

    It takes a minute, but she finally notices you and stands, quickly moving to crack open the door and closes it once you've slipped inside.

    She only takes a second to pet you before moving back to her chair and staring at the light boxes. You still don't know what those do. Pink Girl Madoka tried to explain once, but it sounded like nonsense to your kitty brain.

    "Ah, sorry about that, everyone!" she loudly speaks to the light boxes, "Kuro-san from next door wanted to use my kotatsu again! It's very, very chilly today!"

    She talks to herself and the light boxes a lot. It's weird, but she has a kotatsu with a heater on it. You pad past her relatively empty apartment to the kotatsu, which is near her kitchen, and slip under it.
    Ah, nice and warm.
    You curl up beneath the soft glowing heater, the neighbor's shouting muffled by the kotatsu and... rest... a bit... you'll go home when you're warm...

    A loud, sudden bang rouses you from your kitty slumber. Who dares wake Best Cat?
    There are loud stomps, and some shouting beyond the Kotatsu. You've almost gathered the courage to venture out and see what the fuss is, when the Kotatsu is suddenly lifted off the ground by a large man in a suit!

    "Wait, no!" your neighbor wails as she's held back by another muscular man, "My kotatsu!"

    "If you didn't want us to take it, you shoulda paid the boss on time," another big man sneers, before noticing you, "Now what do we got here?"

    "Mew?" you inquire as he picks you up... and dumps you in a sack.

    Oh no, you can't see! You paw at the bag, mewling as you hear from beyond the fabric, "If you wanna see your pet and your things ever again, you'll pay the boss what she's due!"

    You're not involved in this! Best Cat is innocent of all cat crimes!
    More confusion, and you're suddenly dumped onto a hard metal floor, and you hear car doors close, then the noise of a car engine!
    Oh no, they're taking you somewhere!
    You have to get out and return to the apartment or Pink Girl will worry!
    Wait...

    "Glad we kept the engine running," you hear them say as the warm car air begins to seep into the bag.

    "Yeah, it's cold as hell outside," the other replies, and you're already halfway to dreamland.

    Well... maybe you can return to the apartment... after you've rested... just a bit....
    .....
    Best Cat sleep now.

    You slowly, slowly wake back up. Ah, the car engine has stopped. The men are getting out.
    Oh no, you only meant to rest for a short bit, but now you've been taken away from Pink Girl's apartment! How will you get home?!
    Maybe these men can tell you how? Once you explain that you are Best Cat, unaffiliated with your neighbor's human crimes, they'll let you go?
    Oh, but if they see how amazing Best Cat is, with your ability to turn Human, maybe they'll want to keep you for themselves!
    This is terrible! What will Best Cat do?
    You mewl anxiously as you think over your choices. They're walking around to the back of the car! You have to make a decision soon!

    [] Claw your way out of the bag and out of the car. Make your grand escape!

    [] Transform into Human form to exonerate yourself of Cat Crimes.

    [] Do nothing. Pink Girl will find you eventually.
