Aw, it's like a happier Different Story! ... :(

isn't a "like" also an emotion... I always had a trouble of accepting "Kyubey has no emotion" as he clearly as some sort of basic emotion...
Same here; likewise, he obviously understands enough about human thought/emotion that I call BS on his "When one side enters a disadvantageous agreement, they blame the other side; I don't get it."

Not even Witches(though being able to find a Barrier without magical senses is basically impossible). Just Kyubey, and only when he chooses to be invisible.
Actually, I'm pretty sure it's stated several times that Witches are invisible to normal humans - Walpurgisnacht in particular is explicitly stated to be so, in fact, and it's said that humans will attribute Walpurgisnacht's destruction to a storm or an earthquake because they can't see it, despite there not being a barrier.

I have a theory that Incubators at one point in time had a emotion... almost same amount as humans but for some reason or another they began to erase it and now consider emotion as mental illness...

reminds me of certain DW alien that was shown just recently... hmm I wonder who?

Cats bring you dead animals because they know you can't hunt. They beg you for food because they know you can provide it. I get that cats behave this way, but I don't get how they don't realize that the food we give them comes from somewhere.

Kyuubey not getting why humans blame the other party is consistent with its belief that not telling you something isn't lying: in its mind, if you enter a disadvantageous agreement, it is your fault for not asking the right questions.

Well, Kyubey has arguably lied at least once, when it told Madoka that humans would eventually reach the stars and interact with other species despite knowing just how powerful Madoka would be (and then basically going "Fuck it, we're done here" when she witches out ...). Anyway, Kyubey obviously knows why humans get upset with the secrets (or else he's really stupid), or else he wouldn't bother to keep them secret. He is intentionally entering an agreement that is advantageous for him by not explaining the full details to the party even when circumstances permit it - for example, not telling Mami that she'd be sticking her soul in a rock Is one thing, because she was kind of busy dying, but going up to someone and saying "Hey, if you make a wish, I can give you magic!" and then not saying that eventually that person would turn into a horrible monster and Kyubey would recruit other people to fight said monster in a positive-reinforcement loop is actively malevolent.

Not to mention that Rebellion is pretty blatant about Incubators having at least greed and curiosity, and Kyubey's reaction to Homura's killing of his 'terminals' indicates exasperation/annoyance.

Technically what he said could very well have been true the moment he said it. IIRC he makes that statement before Madoka contracts so its yet another of his lies of omission.

"Humanity will eventually reach the stars if you don't contract." Per QB's point of view that statement is true both with and without the bolded portion at any point in time preMadocontract.

[x] So what now Mami-nee?
"So what now, sister Mami?" you ask excitedly, ears perked in anticipation.

"Well, we have to celebrate our new friendship!" Mami announces with a twinkle in her eye, "Tell me, have you ever had ice cream?"

You gasp, "Cream? Where cream? Cream!"

She giggles at your response, "You like cream? Then you'll love ice cream!"

You're simply over the moon at the idea of cream. Mmm, cream!

Anyway, Kyubey obviously knows why humans get upset with the secrets (or else he's really stupid), or else he wouldn't bother to keep them secret.
Knowing that, knowing why, and sympathizing are three different things. All Kyuubey needs to have a motive to conceal information is knowledge that humans react a certain way. Knowing why they do and sympathizing are both unnecessary, and lacking either is sufficient to truthfully claim that it doesn't "get it".
Well, yeah, it's malevolent. If nothing else, talking Kyoko into getting herself killed goes well above and beyond your average lie by omission. Doesn't mean that it doesn't see humans being stupidly easy to talk into things as the humans' problem.

The potential girls can see them just fine, including low potential contracts like Sayaka. So unless it's QB doing information control(which is plausible to keep government intervention low), Witches are only invisible because they hide in their barrier.

Add to that, QB has basically no reason to be unable to lie, other than he said so. Racially they certainly have the concept of deception down, while not understanding humans...bullshit, they've been manipulating teenage girls into signing their lives away since before written history. Sure they might not understand why exactly we think something is a good idea, but they know humanity's thought process and can manipulate based on that.

An intelligent alien species with thousands of years of study to build their model for humanity. It's only when a human does something completely OCP like Madoka's paradoxing herself or they're missing vital facts like Homura's motivations that they can get it wrong.
