While I am wary about sacrificing too much we do know what an eye would cost and it will cost 14 martial if we sacrifice for good. While it sucks it's not as bad as when we sacrificed an entire body and we knew had a good idea to what the consequence to that would be.

Loki wouldn't know what he can do specifically, but Time Magic in general doesn't do that. Also those stats are outdated and from the last time Loki saw him.
Can we use the chitauri specialized in teleportation to block teleportation in a area?

No, that's something else. Enchantments could do that. Maybe binding/sealing if you're in the same room/vicinity as him.

And yes, Prophecy would be more equipped for that.
Should be back near the update where you guys boosted them all. I think a lot of points were wasted on mind juggernaut or whatever it's called.

...I'm going to be honest. Are you deliberately trying to sabotage us? Because it really feels like you are with these 'troll votes' that are obviously bad ideas when people point out the obvious flaws in them and it just seems really unfair to everyone else who has put in a lot of work in this quest only to have people come here and constantly try to sabotage said quest with obviously horrible decisions.
Edit: For the record going to again point out to my previous points as to why that wouldn't work and why underestimating people that we know are smart is not a good a idea and has repeatedly bit us in the ass. We know that Hellbindi somehow has intel and abilities that we don't know about making trying to poison him a really stupid idea and even giving him a failed batch can backfire since he may be able to do something with it and starting a fight with a realm is stupid for a number of reasons.

You guys should probably destroy any physical copies of the serum and how to make it. Considering he somehow found out about it that means the spy network is strong and probably will attempt to steal it.

- Odin and Frigga appear to have come back to life and are in Asgard currently. As of now, Amora is Queen until more can be discerned.
- Heimdall has also been returned to life.
- Odin appears to be much, much more powerful than he was before.
- The former Valkyries have returned to life as well
- Thor also appears to be back to normal, with his jovial attitude and Mjolnir by his side.
Elsewhere
- Nidavellir is once again reachable and manned by the Dwarves
- The destroyed realms have been restored
- Thanos, Titan, and Morpheus have all returned to their former glory...of existence
- Karnilla is once again amongst the living and Nornheim's life has been returned.
- Lorelei has also come back to life and has reclaimed her title of Nova Prime.
- It seems that due to Time Travel complications, Thane of Nornheim, son of Thanos, has come to hold the Infinity Gauntlet, which is thought to be the reason behind the rapid changes around the universe.
- Guts and Pathos have become heralds of Thane.
- Shuma-Gorath and all of its influences have disappeared due to an outside force that was seemingly summoned by Ryt.
- Hellbindi seems to have lost a significant amount of power.
- Surtur is once again among the living, and is currently ruling Muspelheim.
- The Dark Elves also seem to have come back to life and their realm, once again populated.
- Ryt and Torunn (now grown up) seem to have made an agreement with a Midgardian God known as Eshu.
- A woman in a dark headdress and wearing black and green seems to have been placed on the throne of Hel and Niflheim
