Amora stood up, sharing one last hug before they moved to their places. The curtains rose as an amused voice voiced the rehearsed phrase, "..featuring our surprise guest, The Head of Magic, Amora!"



Fake applause and whistles sounded out, as she entered the stage, a smile graced her features. Thanking Magnus politely, Amora sat down on the plump furniture, staring toward the camera, a rather new, yet useful tool that had been integrated into Asgardian society.



"So we've heard a little bit of buzz about a new play your writing, is that right? Mine telling us a little about it?" The host, Agnus playfully started the interview, as the crew made sure the set up was ready. Amora let a slightly more smug look settle on her face at this. "Tell you? Why I can't say we could do something so daring. Why would I tell you, when we could show you?" After a short pause, followed by the camera man's thumbs up Amora and Agnus relaxed a bit in their seating.



"It is really a pleasure to have you here though Amora, glad you finally got that spotlight you've been aiming for. Wish I could see the show." He admitted."Agnus, don't be silly, we can catch it on the big screen in the backroom. I made sure we'd have a commercial break after its end so that we could have the time to go in and out."



The enchantress lead the way to the breakroom, were the screening was already rolling. They'd miss the exposition, but it wouldn't harm the actual viewing. A round of applause from the staff in the room rang out, before silence rained once more.

Announcer: The king of Asgard ruled with a firm but benevolent hand, a warrior like nonother, some would say the strongest royalty to ever rule, his name was Odin. Yet there was always forces, evils, enemies of the planet who sought our down fall.

Audience: Cries of terror and gasps

Thanos of Titan


Audience: Outrage and shouts ensue


*Small pause until the audience quiets*


Correct the mad Titan himself, who brought his armada to the front doors of Asgard


He broke down our walls


He slaughtered our men with his trickery and stealth


He attacked Prince Loki, King Odin and Lady Frigga


This is a tale retelling the story


Of how Titans attacked Asgard


*Curtains fall*


*Curtains rise*


Odin and Thanos are on stage face to face*


"Thanos of Titan, how dare you attack my people."


"I dare, yes king, I do dare. Though Asgard be mighty, it is nothing before me"


" "I've stripped it of its sight."


Thanos, pulls out Heimdal, Heimdal is limp and bloody*


"And now"


"I shall strip it of its Might."


Thanos and Odin enter battle, Thanos scores a hard blow against Odin's shoulder


"ARGH"


"Thanos of Titan, your a monster, a fiend"


"You dare touch the all father and rip my arm at its seams."


"You'll never prosper, I'll tell you this now."


"Though I may be weakened, I'll never bow."



Thanos plucks Odin's other eye*


"Though you may be the Allfather I am Thanos


"Of Titan I rule


"I shall slay all of my foes"


"And Asgard will be just one more tool."



*Curtains fall*


*Curtains rise*


Thor walks onto a pedestal, before a crowd


The murmuring crowd hushes


Thor begins speech


"Asgard, has been beset by enemy.


Oh behold the royalty


Hath been comatose


The captor has arose


None other than the evil Thanos


He had torn through us with a rain of blows


Crowd murmuring commences


One man cries out


"Oh Thor, Prince of Asgard


Who shall save us now?


Shall it be you. Take up the throne


And avenge us of our woes.


Thor on stage seems to have been struck under blow


He begins fidgeting nervously


Yet another cries out, this time a woman


Oh Thor of Asgard


Our mighty warrior


Please defend us


And end our foes


With you strength and your bravery


Please save us


Please meet our foes


Thor's fidgeting increases.


"People of Asgard


I hear your cries


I wish I could help


And have saved your lives


But you ask me


To rule the world?


I regretfully


Must


Say


No


Thor flies off carried by strings tethered to the actor


The crowd goes into disarray, worrying about who shall rule Asgard


Enters Loki


"Look onto me


Oh Citizens in plea


I shall not abandon thee


When you need

Until the Time comes


That the King and Queen awake


I shall rule my homes


And save your fate



Curtains fall
Screen fades to black

A round of applause and shouts fill the room, Amora thanking them for the positive feedback. Hurrying back Amora and Agnus settle and prepare for the camera to get back to rolling. Amora herself smiles gleefully, enjoying the sound of whoops and cheers that met her ears.


Just got this out in time, gotta go, took heavy inspiration from someone in the past pages, no time to check rn, bye.

Who has 5 points to let the reverse engineering roll to go through?

Edit: Also who has 2 points to put in to the recruit soldier roll?

Edit: Their is also 4 for the military speech roll if anyone is interested in making that pass.

That's the opposite of what that says. It just means that spouses can offer 4, 5, 6, 7, etc. rolls with the bonus decreasing each time, but it can't get lower than +5.

So it's primary, secondary, tertiary like everyone else...but spouses get a fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, etc. roll. To a minimum of adding +5.

These or does the lights camera playwright omake not make the cut for 8 points?
 
Hmm, suppose someone could do an Omake about Loki debating between himself and Sigyn what his Magic Weapon should be? Or someone could do a Watcher Omake, have Uatu or whoever talking about what has transpired on Asgard.

I technically only have 7 points as this is post roll period. Until I hear the amount of points light camera action racked up I can't fill them all up.
 
@KnowledgeKing , I'm doing the math on the army (686 score), shouldn't there be another roll there?

I mean, a base roll + 5 crit rolls can't result in a more than 599 without causing an overflow in a 6th crit, right?

Probably get +8/+4 for the new one. So which two rolls are you adding your bonuses to.

I got 600 on the dot and then the next crit was 80 something. Which isn't crit.
