Worked with Sanas to make an improved version of the plan.
Some big focuses:
- Get Hogun as spymaster and put him + warriors three on the case of various intrigue stuff. If we're going to stop or prevent Thanos's plans we need to be able to detect his stuff and do sneaky stuff on him, so upping the warrior three's intrigue to allow them to better handle delicate situations. (Also preparing to train Hogun as an elite stealth unit)
- Trick Thor into helping by giving him actions that he either wants (convince intergalactic community of the threat Titan faces) or stuff that would be rude to deny (Hogun's promotion ceremony)
- Put a Fandral and Volstagg tertiary action under diplomacy so we can see what their diplo scores are for future turns
- Recruit military + barracks so we can have better military coverage across all of Asgard, which will lead to faster response time and higher morale as our troops will be less crowded
- Various learning actions for long term improvement. Putting Amora (tertiary) under the TV action so she may realize the potential as a way to flex her glory in a safer manner
