Ooh, it is tempting to do a Nova Corps action, if purely to eventually work our way to accessing the Nova Force somehow. Still, given the terrible luck with Enchanted Items, doing some Enchanting + Sealing/Binding experimenting and getting our own Mjolnir would be good ideas.

@KnowledgeKing: With our wealth and connections, could we do an action for acquiring high-value materials for future Enchanted Items & hiring someone to forge for us? Though I feel like imbuing an Enchantment or Seal/Bind into something as it is made would be better.
Is there even a nova force in the mcu? I don't think they used it in the MCU right?

[X] Preparing for the Age of Loki v2

We got a lot of new actions. Lets pick the ones to stabilize ourselves and prepare for the really cool ones, such as Dwarven weapon or alien technology and such.

Martial
-[x] Study: So you could be a great tactician instead? A general even.
--[x] War, DC 70 x2

Diplomacy
-[x] Recruit Assistants. DC 45
--[x] With Sigyn (Primary)
-[x] Convince Sigyn that she needs to learn how to defend herself/fight. DC 5

Assistants can definitely help us out in doing many things, especially expand Phoenix Financial or improve it.

Stewardship
-[x] Build a new Phoenix Financial branch.
--[x] On Titan. DC 55
--[x] Jotunheim. DC 55
-[x] Improve Security at Phoenix Financial. DC 60
-[x] Purchase...an army. DC ???

Making Phoenix Financial stable after the massive expansion last turn.

Intrigue
-[x] Use your vast wealth to gain insight on others. (Establish a Spy Network/Rumor Mill). DC ???
-[x] Maybe more than guards, a being of your wealth needed...insurance. (Establish Assassins/Hitmen). DC ???

I know many people want a weapon from the dwarves, but these two intrigue actions are critical for our self protection as probably the richest man in the universe.

We can get a Dwarven weapon next turn.

Learning
-[x] Figure out what REALLY is happening with your hand. DC 100
--[x] With Osmond (Primary)
--[x] With Sigyn (Secondary)
-[x] Have Osmond tutor you/explain his methods and thoughts of science to you. DC 60

Discover our heritage

Magic
-[x] Work with Sigyn to figure out her magic, or if she has it. DC ???

Protecting Sigyn.

Personal
-[x] Relationships: Spend time with some of your favorite people in the world!
-[x] Sigyn
-[x] Elym
-[x] Osmond

-[x] Ask a character to be a mentor/advisor: Osmond
-[x] Ask a character to be a mentor/advisor: Sigyn

Other
Osmond has an idea he wants to share with Loki
-[x] Hear him out

Sigyn wants to spend time with Loki
-[x] Yes

Frigga wishes to speak with Loki.
-[x] Accept.
I think everything is good except finding out our heritage with sigyn, Loki just dated her, and I don't think she'll be comfortable with Loki being related to the sworn enemies of Asgard.

Quick question, any chance that we could use our money and influence to reform the Valkyrior? That would solve multiple issues. Such a force could be considered a joint project with the crown, honor the legacy of an esteemed group, employ retired soldiers as trainers, provide security for Phoenix Financial's spreading enterprise, serve as the beginning of a army with Loki's backing, and could even help identify individuals for more specialized training.

@KnowledgeKing how great is our knowledge of economics and finance? Would a learning action be learn a new subject or mastering an existing one?

I am working with the assumption that he learned a lot about economics then started his company and through the years of dealing with the company he got even better at it, thus at this point the learning action would be mastering the subject.

In regards to "[] Make Peace with Thor. Once and for all. DC 50" would that give us a better chance of recruiting him as an advisor than say "[] Hang out with Thor! He seems annoyed by you, but maybe you could change that? DC 40" would?

Wait, doesn't the stewardship rank cover and encompass knowledge of economics?
That's the question. I believe it would, while some argue that the reason Loki is surprised about the company success is that he doesn't understand economics and one of the QM comments suggests that it would be him learning a new skill if he went and studied it. But I just feel it sounds strange and ask for a clarification.

This seems reasonable.

Wait, doesn't the stewardship rank cover and encompass knowledge of economics?
As I noted in one of my plans, Loki's rank in Stewardship is at the "Galactic" level — given that, it seems almost absurd to suggest he doesn't have a solid enough grasp on economics to write very insightful books on the subject — however, in this post the QM says that Finance and Economics are indeed something that Loki can learn under "Learn Something New".

I take Stewardship as....good at managing people and numbers, logistics, etc. Not as specifically Finances/Economics. Plenty of people run a company well but aren't as knowledgeable as accountants and actual finance people. That's where Loki is at.

Also 0/5 doesn't mean no knowledge, it means normal knowledge. Above 0 is getting into informed/expert levels.

As for the last question...maybe. Either way you have to ask him. Those are technically different actions with different results and either can result in a better relationship.

Seems like we only failed to make something on Titan and probably on enchanting something. Unless our large amount of new assistants and employed magic users will reduce the DC of those actions. Or am I missing something I could throw my 5 points at?

They're either going too drive us out, or they'll already be dead.
