iirc, M-Corp's moonstone is also capable of storing memories. If memories are also enough then T-Corp is probably also a partner of M-Corp as well. Though the time they get from W-Corp is much more.

It might be a misunderstanding on my part, but here

It might just been a leap in judgement on my part however.

EDIT:
Wait what, really? Source?

I don't know where you got the idea that moonstones store memories from, as we've barely seen them at all and only really know that they protect from mental attacks.

Edit 2:
To also add onto it, to me it be weird that they would need the Moonlight stone to view the record and Mei also stating they need to carry it into mission. Along with the record being shown is of Section 1 fighting while wearing the Moonlight stone.

The cyborg takes a clock from his suit pocket, and places it in Linette's hand.

The clock has the same color as Lech's metallic skin.

Yet, its hands do not move. The clock is stopped.

By the way, this is your Arts unit, no?" she asks, pointing at the stopped clock. Lech nods, then lifts up his hand in a "kind of" gesture. "One of them. Right, forgot about the cane. Bomb?"

"Insurance." says the cyborg.

Lech gives Linnete a stopped clock who identifies it as an Arts unit. Don't you need to be infected to use those?

No, as mention as before, bullet and gun are pretty much a type of staff and art unit. And well Sankta used gun and most of them aren't infected. Some Caster are also uninfected like Durin, Absinthe, and Skyfire.

You can USED Art without the need of a staff or unit if you ARE infected, but that come with the risk of worsening it.

Yeah, that's just the Liu Fixers going over their confidential/possibly cognito-hazardous records while using their Moonlight stones rather than the moonlight stones containing confidential/cognito-hazardous information.

We do know from Leviathan that Moonlight stones, in their raw form, inflict a short wave of hiraeth (which, according to Wikipedia is likened to "a homesickness tinged with grief and sadness over the lost or departed") on anyone without earplugs. But other than vague, short-term sea-related mindfuckery that's it.

(Leviathan also showed that M-Corp is called MDM Enterprises, which is neat)

Oh okay, sorry then. I do remember reading that part so many time because I couldn't understand what was happening in Leviathan.

Wait a minute, a stopped clock that's a Arts unit that allowed him to see the future down to the last second? I assumed it was something from the City but Integrated Strategies had this random event with a pocketwatch.

Legend of the Pocket Watch said:
In a dark cave lives a mad Sarkaz. He mumbles endlessly about things that never happened, punching and kicking at his own shadow. He insists that since a Sankta took the Key, all clocks and watches have lost their meaning. He shows you some broken clock dials, bemoaning the fact that they can no longer be sold.

Choosing the "A watch that ticks backwards? Buy it!" option gives you the Reversed Pocket Watch, which is described as "A rusty pocket watch made with unknown materials, its hands ticking backwards. You can't figure out how to wind it up, or how to take it apart. How strange..."

Mechanically, it's similar to Mostima's module (Home of Black Lock and White Key) but instead of slowing movement speed, it reduces enemy attack speed globally instead.

The module also has this description, which is the backstory of the previous owner of the Black Lock and White Key, and how Mostima came to own them instead.

Home of Black Lock and White Key said:
When he was 10 years old, his homeland was laid waste by war, leaving him no choice but to flee. During his escape, he tumbled into a hole blown open by an explosion, and found the long dormant Lock and Key by accident.

When he was 20 years old, he became a Caster, and quickly earned the praise and respect of those around him, thanks to the Lock and Key's power.

When he was 30 years old, he had amassed great wealth and a reputation he could have only dreamt of. Yet, he had long since ceased to care about any of that. At some point, he began to talk to his staff day after day. Everyone thought he had gone insane.

When he was 40 years old, he suddenly disappeared from inside the palace one day, and no one knew where he'd gone. Rumors began to spread in certain parts of Kazdel that a madman would tell certain impossible predictions to anyone who passed him by in the barrenlands. For example, that a giant beast would soon lay waste to our nation and that the sky would one day tear in two and reveal its true face. Afterward, he would peddle his watches to whoever stopped to listen, and should they refuse, he would bring their time to a halt.

By the time he was 100, he no longer knew where he was, but that no longer held any meaning to him. He believed he was seeking the secrets behind time itself.

He had the Key, but where was the Lock?

He had the Lock, but where was the Key?

The past becomes the future, and the future shall have no secrets. Day after day, he talked to his own shadow, firmly believing that the truth was hidden within.

Until one day, footsteps echoed throughout, as three Sankta walked into the underground palace.

We can surmise from this that the pocketwatch seller is the former owner of the Black Lock and White Key. The question then is, how did Lech come to own one of his pocketwatches? The one in Integrated Strategies ticks backwards, but this one doesn't tick at all and instead of slowing time, it seems to show him the future.

The only flaw in this theory really, is that he called it a Arts Unit and Mostima's "Arts" aren't really what we'd call Originium Arts. It's a different magic system entirely, probably what the Feranmuts use. We could explain that as him simply not bothering to explain it however since it'd take too long and they're on a timelimit.

The question now is, where in the world did he find this? Did Cannot sell him the pocketwatch? Did he somehow find the Pocketwatch seller?

Lech did a "kind of" gesture when he was asked if it was a art unit. So I had assume it was a mix of City and Terra's tech mesh together. But if he had a base like the Lock and Key Caster's watch to work off of instead would be cool...

You know. Thinking more about it.

Are we even sure T-Corp's singularity is Time and not some Other type of Time based Singularity? Because the rule with Singularities is that they are never what they seem at first glance.

Lech has an actual piece of T-Corp's singularity. Like, not a product time device, not some kind of weapon, not even "stored" time, but a genuine article, a piece of "Godlike" Technology that essentially gives one dominance over time itself.

Turning the once-thought-immovable existence into nothing more than another resource to be exploited.

For all we know, that singularity piece could've been combined with Originium, and created a copy(?)/Alter-version of the Lock and Key.

Anyway, is there a Google Drive document or place where I can read all of Arknighs (and Worldbuilding) history up to the present day? I don't have that much time to play the game directly and the history looks interesting. Plus I would like to understand all the references in this Quest.

I thought the "kind of" was in reference to the assumption that he only had one Arts unit. His cane is also one.

Here's a reddit translation of the CN bilili's video on Arknight timeline. It isn't up to date nor is it super in-depth, more giving event name.

Edit:
Another one as well, but take the first link over the 2nd one

Sadly, there isn't really a place where people write summaries of the lore after piecing the worldbuilding clues together. Not to my knowledge at least.

I can give you a few sites where you can read the main story and side events however, and since the devs like to drop random lore everywhere, here's a website where you can read and hear the playable operators' profiles and their voicelines, while gamepress is sadly the only website I know of that compiled the relics (IS1, IS2) and random encounters (IS1) from Integrated Strategies 1-2 events, along with the description of various furniture items that sometimes has neat worldbuilding bits but other times have major lore implications.

There's also lore vids on youtube and the wiki I guess, but they're of dubious quality since the wiki writers like to put their own speculation in the summaries and pass it off as canon.

R.I. Security:"threat detected, deploying heavy weaponry."
*A Pose Heavy clips through the ceiling*
*With a ass eating grin*
"Heavy weaponry you say?"

Imagine, after a 3 day long fight of running away and shooting at [DA HEAVY] with heavy artillery pieces and doing nothing to slow the man down, he gets on board and was defeated by a kick to the [DA BIG HEAVY BALLS] performed by Shining.
