Plants would unironically help to demonstrate how terrible a hellhole Lustria is even in a controlled environment and it'd give the skeletons a potent background to be displayed amongst ehi h would help with pushing the boss' prestige in a way showcasing his victory even against such odds.
This is an excellent point - and an inspiring one!

The idea of this plan is to prepare for the possibility that we want to jump into things next turn by leaning into a focused narrative throughline for that potential exhibit: the glory and achievement of Luthor Harkon's initial campaign into Lustria. Following the acquisition of these items, we'll have: the flagship from which Luthor fought his campaigns; an assortment of flora and (skeletal) fauna highlighting the terrifying terrain that Luthor waged war over and managed the feat of bringing under his control; a selection of the deadly armaments used by his opponents (which I'm hopeful that Awakening will have plenty of as trophies and such); and, finally, the war prizes (or, at least, a representative selection of items comparable to his war prizes) that he won from them, all tied together by Fjolnir as our eyewitness and tour guide! This collection could thus form a punchy standalone exhibit for Turn 2, to build upon as we go; alternatively, we could hold off to set up something more comprehensive to be unveiled on Turn 3.

If we could get the bodies of Lizardmen at the same time, of course, that'd obviously be preferable; if you have a moment to give feedback on this, Boney, that would be greatly appreciated! Seems like the dioramas will have to wait for later; thank you for the clarification!
(To elaborate on this point, given that other plans go in this direction: the reason we want Lizardmen weapons and armour as opposed to the Lizardmen themselves is because we want to emphasise the Lizardmen as terrifying warriors, not just as terrifying anatomical specimens (a role that the dinosaur skeletons fulfil very well already)! Plus, the absence of the actual figures does lend an air of mysterious foreboding for those who haven't seen them before: if they can wield such massive spears and macuahuitls and tame such ferocious beasts, what must
they be like? We can bring in some Lizardmen bodies for the animated dioramas we all want later on, of course, but for now it is better to have their military equipment without them than
vice versa.)
