It's very very important to remember that Infernals are allowed to and intended to take charms without buying into any of the philosophy of the Yozi in question. Only mind-altering ones can prevent them from doing that, and even only to a degree.
 
Exactly. Taking Kimbery Does not mean taking the Intolerable Burning Truths. Still reviewing charmsets to determine what I want to vote for though.

Intolerable Burning Truths in a nutshell(Taking one does not mean taking all, and each one has a perk)

1. Inability to betray your ancestors
2. Inability to believe something bad about beloved characters
3. Inability to show mercy except to cause further suffering. All options being equal, you must maximize harm to those you do not consider beloved.
4. Inability to believe good things about or forgive those you hate.
5. Inability to help those you hate unless your life depends on it.

Just because Kimbery can be especially bad about mental alterations of some of her charms doesn't mean you get a free pass with any of the others. Exalted yozi charms are literally grafting parts of your souls to a yozi, not to mention the torments, acts of villainy, coadjutors and the rest.

Other way around. Grafting parts of the Yozis to your soul.
 
Any charm that has Permanent as a keyword needs to be looked at incredibly carefully. Because a lot of the time, there's a mental, physical, or both, alteration attached to it. And all the Yozi have a bunch of Permanents in their charmsets. None of them will let Taylor come away entirely unchanged.
 
Well at least the raging lawful hypocrite doesn't completely conflict with the principle unyielding hierarchy and order.

In the end it doesn't really matter because Cecelyne sounds super unpleasant to work with, so thank malfeas she's only the secondary if chosen.

For the last part: because Cecelyne is winning. Her philosophy makes Sophia a perfect candidate for Cecelyne's favor. i.e: Strong > weak.

...Well if this wins and the relationship starts to take off, I say that every chapter with a significant relationship development for the two include the song in some form.

Well, the yozi primodials are the way they are for various reasons related to the war where they were ousted. Being turned inside out. Getting hit on the primary soul. Being offended by the very concept of a revolt and cutting off the nose to spite the face (hello SWLIHN) etc. They were mostly already dicks anyway though, the revolt didn't happen for fun.

The Neverborn are even worse and became the life hating, comatose, eternally dying but not dead inversion of their concepts so it's not as bad as it could be! They also broke reincarnation because they were never supposed to die and created ghostlands by plugging the drain by being too fat to pass/refusing to do so.

Not really, they pretty much all got one of their Fietich (I have no idea if I spelled that right) souls killed by the Exalts. Each one of those souls is a concept/Theme of the over-all Yozi given form, and if they're killed then the Yozi loses that part of themselves.
