Well, one of the things you can do is degem them. You'll need to talk to Kyubey for that, and It'll take about 24 hours to cook up a gigai for the gem, but it's something you can do.

Personally, I'm feeling like this is more meta-plot armor to try and distract people who don't like this Sayaka, into sparing her. I mean...he just tosses out the solution.

On one hand, I try to make Quest decisions the GMs enjoy because that keeps the Quest going, and making Sayaka suffer during the exorcism as 'revenge'.

On the other hand, I remain thoroughly sick of Sayaka's shit and her protection, and this would mean keeping her around.

And we would do that... why?

We are a merc, those Gems belonged to people who tried to kills us. At most we would do it once with the latest Gem for interrogation.

Also the Doc said seven weeks, right? We are being hunted, our priorities are fast recovery and weapon upgrade. Maybe use a favor to get a bodyguard.

I would very much like to be able to ask someone "what the actual hell?!" but I think we should avoid little miss "chainsaws for the disabled!". Also we can grouch at makoa for getting her friend off the hook for an unprovoked murder attempt.


it's the lack of reason that really bugs me, the assassin who tried to kill us was being paid, those mooks who tried to kill us had orders, the most threatening thing we had done in Sayakas presence was glower and be missing an arm.
 
...Okay people wtf? I can understand why people are disliking Sayaka, and I'm kinda pissed at her to, but that doesn't mean i think plotting her imminent demise is a good idea.
If she's read the necronomicon, she has to put it lightly, 'Seen some shit'. Besides, she tried to kill Madoka when the vamp bomb was dropped on her and they're freinds now. We can always work towards a peace of mutual loathing at the very least.
 
So, not to get off-topic or anything, but we should check on the status of The World's arms. Do stands heal? Mami fixed our right arm. Did it affect The World? And what about The World's left arm? I ask this because canonically, striking an injury on The World has been shown to cause cracks to form and spread, and even to cause it to explode. With matching wounds appearing on the Stand User. In addition to the extended hospital stay, Sayaka may have crippled our ability to MUDA.

Stands will be fine, as notable from all the crazy injuries the characters and their stands go through in Stardust Crusaders but heal up fine.

And as noted before, The World still has both of its arms, and technically it was less the stand exploding and more of DIO was a f*ck-motherin' vampire and he exploded. I specifically don't recall the Stand exploding in canon.
 
Star Platinum punched The World in an injury on its knee, the leg cracked, the crack spread all the way up The World's body to its head, and Dio's head exploded as he wailed about the impossibility of what was happening. To be fair, making someone's head explode by punching them in the leg does seem pretty damn impossible.

Every other injury to a Stand has healed fine. Jōtaro Protagonist Powers are not something to be taken into account on a regular basis.

This. Can we please jump off the Sayaka hate train? After reading a couple pages of just people bitching about her I can officially say that I am no longer having fun.
 
[X] Try to politely tell Madoka to send Sayaka to your branch of the church.
[X] If this happens, call in someone who is a true believer and have her examined for supernatural influences.
Will this work?
