We cant have our new minion do it because that is way to easily traced back to us. Were a globe trotting magic monster hunter who works for the fucking church their is no way in hell we don't know of some professional super magic assassin that wont care if we meet face to face as long as they get paid. We find a suitable assassin and pay them to kill her for us, we wont have met face to face and the money will be clean there will be absolutely no way to trace it back to us.

Well, regarding the shoggoths, at least, that only happens with if her skull is opened. Has to do with the infohazard eldritch horror latched onto the back of her brain.

Well, Brain surgery is a no go(requires the skull to be opened), unless the hospital is equipped to deal with Shoggoths(which considering the setting is likely, but rare).
