-[X] Get your arm first.
You decided that, despite your injured state, this was probably not the right time to stay in bed. As you clambered out of bed, you took a moment to examine your right arm, held in a thin cast. Nothing special about it, but it does remind you that arm is out of commission for a while. "When my arms heals, I'm going to punch Sayaka with it," you decided.
Without the use of your right arm you were left having to rely on the other. The question was, how were you going to get it on?
You willed The World to pick it up and observe it with its eyes. After some careful examination, you found that the most likely way to attach it would be to simply slot it in. You had The World Attach it to your shoulder, the artificial arm connecting itself to your shoulder with a click and a lance of pain as the nerves synchronized that you barely acknowledged. You gave your arm a few experimental movements before nodding, satisfied.
Seeing as you had everything you needed, you headed out.
You briefly wondered how you were going to find them, until you heard the sound of Oriko shouting in pain. You ran toward the source, hurtling 'round a corner before stopping to observe the carnage.
Oriko was slumped against the wall, a large wound on her shoulder. Madoka was currently engaged with a girl about her height, with white hair and a jagged scar on one cheek, wearing an outfit you were sure wasfarskimpier than anything someone her age should be wearing.
The white haired opponent was fast, incredibly so. If it weren't for your stand, you wouldn't even have been able to track her. She wielded a pair of long black knives, slashing and stabbing with them as she spun and twirled, a savage, yet elegant flow to her attacks.
Madoka, on the other hand wasn't nearly so elegant. She threw punches that were flimsy and telegraphed, and used attacks reminiscent of those used by wrestlers from WWE...
...Don't tell me she watches that stuff. You thought to yourself disbelievingly.
However, while crude, it would be a lie to say that her attacks weren't deadly. Any one of her punches could rip one's head off, if the sound they made going through the air was any indication, and her wrestling moves seemed completely unfamiliar to the white haired girl. Furthermore, despite the white haired girl being clearly faster, Madoka was actually doing a good job of keeping up.
Madoka suddenly put on a burst of speed, blowing past her opponent's guard to slam an arm into her stomach. Planting a foot, Madoka spun twice to build momentum, her foe folded in half over her outstretched arm, before suddenly stopping and hurling the white haired girl at the wall hard enough to leave a crater.
The opponent landed on her feet, however, and quickly resumed her stance.
"Come on, Assassin, we don't have all day!" a young man with indigo hair said, sneering, from his place further down the hall. You hadn't noticed him immediately due to being distracted by the battle at hand.
Wait... Assassin?!?! You thought, your eyes darting to his hands. Your gaze locked on the set of three marks on his hand, one of the command seals already faded.
Madoka was fighting against a Servant. This was a one sided battle. Madoka might be the daughter of the ultimate life form, but she had no way to truly damage a Servant. It looked like getting out of bed was a good idea.
"What's wrong with you! Just kill her already!" the Master yelled angrily. He was already starting to get on your nerves for some reason, and judging by the way Assassin gritted her teeth at his words, you weren't the only one. Whatever the case was, you have to intervene.
