Sorry, I just really like Jack, and seeing her makes me want to see her lots more. She is the perfect mix of adorable and horrifying.

Excellent, that works. I mean cutting the arm off oughta work too, but removing the Command Seals helps prevent Servant reprisal.
Because I don't want to deal with the Holy Grail War, its contestants, its habit of swallowing stories whole....yeah, joining the Holy Grail War in any way sounds like it would take over the Quest. I think we have enough plot threads without getting distracted by this one.
Let someone else have the adventure. And probable funeral.

More seriously, can Homura use the nail gun in her arm to shoot Shinji in the back of the head, if need be? Snapping his neck seems comparatively slow.

Um guys I feel the need to point out that this is Shinji, he has no circuits he's using a book to control assassin so ripping off his hand would do nothing.
Besides even if it turns out this version of Shinji is a honest to goodness master then we can just rip his arm off after we snap his neck, after all sergeants don't disappear immediately after ther master dies she will probably have a few minutes that's more then enough time to accpet her contract.

He's not using a book here, he has the command seals on him. Read the update again.
Seeing what you expect to see instead of what's actually happening is how GMs slip these surprises past you.
This Shinji is clearly different and apparently a proper magus, and I'm not gonna connt on a snapped neck killing a Matou. Hence, take away the Servant.

Um Ok missed that. Still that makes just cutting his arm off an even worse idea, why in gods name would we not kill our enemy when we have the element of surprise that's stupid. There are very few reasons not to kill him and many reasons to kill him, i don't see why we should spare him he gives us no advantages and the GM himself said he planned to sacrifice a fucking hospital. We can just cut his arm off after we kill him if you want, but just cutting his arm off and giving him time to counter attack is stupid.

Because he's a Matou, and it's entirely possible a snapped neck is not going to kill him. It sure as hell wouldn't kill Zouken. In fact a full MUDA MUDA MUDA might not kill Zouken.
Moreover, a snapped neck would not kill Shinji instantly even if he couldn't heal. He'd have two last uses of his Command Seals, to either save himself or to spite us, and I do not want to deal with that.
So, if we only have one good strike, I choose to take away his Servant. Once he doesn't have a Servant, he loses almost all firepower, the ability to take the hospital hostage, and we can deal with him at our leisure.
Shinji is not the real problem here. His Servant is. What matters most is negating the Servant.

Were a fucking Executor we specialize in killing things like Zouken. besides there's a major problem in that assumption, if this Zouken is anything at all like canon Zouken then there is no way in hell he's anywhere near as hard to kill as Zouken is. In all actuality he probably has more in common with a more skilled version of Kariya Matou.
Either way i maintain that leaving him alive with time to counter attack is extremely stupid. If your really worried Zouken had a change of heart and gave Shinji access to all the good stuff then we can just cut his arm off immediately after snapping his neck. After all even if he survives getting his neck snapped for some bullshit reason the shock of it happening should distract him more then long enough to have the world rip his arm off, the world is fast as hell.
