Oh... Didn't really thought about it.... Mostly because of this:

Honestly can't tell what rank it should be...

Really....? The most appropriate thing on there?

Yeah, cause if this is the same scale used for Servants, I'd expect 100 Skill to be reserved for things like a Heroic Spirit swordsman who dedicated their life to their swordsmanship. The pinnacle of mastery and martial skill. This is where you put the people like Arturia, Lancelot, or perhaps Cu Culainn or Diarmuid for weaponry skill. They're not breaking the limits of what is and is not possible for Heroic Spirits, but they are sitting at the top of the heap. And even then you might argue there's a distinction of who is more skilled.

Except Kojiro. He makes those guys look like chumps, but Kojiro is pretty much in a class of his own. Don't have a problem just calling his swordsmanship EX. By the scale set out in this Quest at least.

Leave Baijiquan at 100. Not that big a deal, say that the world improves it somehow. Having a skill at 100 is much less insane than have a stat at 100.

They're both pretty insane, to be honest. Weak But Skilled is pretty much EMIYA's shitck when it comes to fighting Heroic Spirits.

Besides she's what, 12 or something? Leave her some room to grow in.

she literally has it to the point she can't progress further without actively breaking Rules.

Also, there actually is a Heroic Spirit who uses Bajiquan. Renowned for it in fact.

He's prooooooobably got the stronger claim to 100.

I played the game. You have no idea.

14.

Also, you can try growing in Magecraft since she neglected and she hasn't truely mastered her stand yet.

Can't see why she has to have it to that extent in the first place.

Is it your stance that she's literally as skilled in this martial art as the best Heroic Spirit is with their fighting style?

Besides, from what I recall of Kirei was he dabbled in lots of things, came to almost the point of mastery, then gave up and moved on. Though it's admittedly been a while since I watched Fate/Zero.

that... actually, that's a decent point.

maybe reduce it to 90 to indicate almost-but-not-quite mastery...
