So is this wall from the recent FGO spoilers, or is it Hadrian's Wall?
(Rodger)Understood (wilco)will comply, (Senpai) individual whom has more experience in this relevant field or occupation.
Merely the fact they use Runecraft as a thing in both mythos.Someone with Fate lore tell me, whats the link from Odin to the celtic heroes?
Thanks not heard that abbreviation.
Thanks
"Your arm!"
"Ah, yes." Boudica smiled ruefully. "I'm afraid I traded it in exchange for Spartacus's life."
"Traded it?" said Nero, brow furrowing. "With whom?"
Its a military thing from what I remember.
To add to this, it wasn't just any monster either.Nice chapter and all, but that preview got me thinking...
The Wrong Allfather
"The Allfather would be rolling in his grave, to see what pedestrian ends his vaunted runes are being used for."
snort
Silence reigned as, one by one, every person within earshot turned towards Taylor.
"Sorry, was thinking of something else," she waved a hand as if to dismiss what happened, only to stop. "Actually, hold on. Can you do truth-zone runecraft?"
The Servant did so, out of curiosity.
Taylor cleared her throat and said, "I witnessed Allfather's successor fight with a dragon and his death against a monster."
The truth-zone glowed true. Everyone silently watched with awe and trepidation. Rika shakily rose one hand.
"Senpai, what kind of life did you have before Chaldea?"
Beside her, Mash is muttering 'wait, then how old is Senpai?'.
"When put into perspective, even I don't believe it."
Taylor scratched at her chin. "Well, it certainly felt like it was the end of times. Pretty sure it was for a lot of people. I even think that universe was written off at the end of it even!"
I Think the roman army is getting some investigations and a purge when this is all over, Nero is an airhead but this is something she will not forget or forgive."Then…all of those things in the reports I received…"
"Have already come to pass."
Nero's fingers gripped the edge of the table tight, so tight that her perfectly manicured nails scraped along the wood, and the table itself groaned from the strength of her grip.
Whatever wall it is doesn't exactly matter
Fortification+Caladbolg II= Giant crater in the ground.
I wonder who's Nero's Court Mage/Servant because they seem familiar.
The thing about Caladbolg is that it's an Anti-Army NP so it lacks some of the karmic weight to break fortifications, even if you overcharge it and Broke it.Whatever wall it is doesn't exactly matter

I'll go in a completely opposite direction, and put all of 50
gram by itself is effectively just as balmung, an anti-army phantasm, the reason why it is anti fortress with sigurd is entirely due to how he uses it, while he could swing it around and release beams of energy, he figured it'd be more efficient to punch it through something and then releasing the energy. if they got the idea they could get balmung thrust into the wall and then release the beam, all the energy gets focused into one point and it explodes from the inside out with enough force to destroy a fortress. it's the same principle used in anti tank weaponry, punch through the armor, then do the explosion. granted, most people won't intuit that you could grab you long ranged laser beam and make it more effective at destroying something by sticking it through something and activating it, it's not how it's meant to be used, but it works. The thing about Caladbolg is that it's an Anti-Army NP so it lacks some of the karmic weight to break fortifications, even if you overcharge it and Broke it.
That isn't to say that EMIYA isn't the solution. They would need him to project Gram instead.
This line caught me off-guard and made me chuckle. Mostly because clearly they think she's talking about Odin/Thor. What made me laugh about this line is that in a lot of popular fiction, Thor tends to always be 'oh, that asshole.' The one even his own Pantheon can't stand for one reason or another.
