    Actually, since you're a member of the Order, it makes sense for you to outright know the following information IC.

    The Order of the Red Star co-ordinates its directly democratic system via modified home radio sets (since basically everyone has a radio, they can't be considered evidence on their own merits). Each modified radio set includes a device reverse-engineered from an Order-affiliated Mad Genius that produces a two-way secure link to a single other matching device, without any stray signals to intercept or trace. (something something Quantum Entanglement)

    Each modified radio connects to one of several 'contact centers' where hundreds of these secure links terminate. In addition, each modified radio includes an emergency self-destruct to destroy the extra components.

    • I like them better and better the more I hear about them. Direct democracy is still the tyranny of the majority, but in lieu of philosopher-kings it's the best we can get.

    @I just write , is it possible for Ess'Vee to communicate with other Ess'vee's bounded directly, rather than through their own bounded?

    And if so, I'm guessing it would cause San Loss Balance Changes?
     
    Also, man, is everyone heading strait for that -4 deficit due to OOC chatter in our character's heads.
     
    I'm nearly done. Maybe one more post of it, and then it's time to hand the reins over to Mana completely.

    And even that post needs to wait for the doctor to explain things.

    Will recruitment resume anytime soon? I was in the middle of writing an application when they were closed cuz I thought the concept was interestingly unique and would like to know if there's any point to completing it.

    Whether recruitment resumes depends entirely on in-universe events.
