I am talking about the Sorcery the Primordials used to make Creation.
Take the Kingdom Charm.
This seems less, Primordial World Body and more along the lines of Zen-Mu and Creation.
More, unlike the Devil Tiger charms, the realm does not die with Molly or any Infernal.
So it very much is a seperate creation while also being a part of her. The duality inherit in all Infernal Charms.
Why I am arguing that this would at the minimum unlock workings is that, at least in 3E the Primordials built Creation with Sorcery. It is literally stated as such.
Workings are how they did it and unlike Spells, you do not learn workings. You automatically do it with the costs associated.
Workings do not rely on the fundamentals of creation like spells. They were used to make them.
I feel it is appropriate to get it here as the Thousand and One hell is literally crafted not unlike how they built Creation. It is also a 20xp charm that does not really do much in a mechanical perspective.
So it is not as If it comes from nowhere.

Narratively giving you guys a whole new system of magic to play with right now would take up a lot of time that I do not think we reasonably have, there is the matter of dealing with the fall-out of the Kingdom itself existing, the agreement you made with Broken Seeker, the rest of the turn to cover etc...
@DragonParadox what happens if a living human escapea our hell? Let's say we throw Daniel in there, and he spends the next five years mastering himself, going on a spirit journey and then finally exits through the Golden Gate? Does he become a Wan Xian? He's not (un)dead, so becoming a Jade Court vampire wouldn't make much sense.

Bolded for emphasis. Even in 3E you need to buy a Charm to unlock Sorcery so this would be a good way. The fluff is that Molly has gained the capacity in full but cannot use it without the right charm.
Would something like this work?
Because by base, we are spending 16xp for a Charm that only offers -1 difficulty in Sorcery Spells.
Having that charm unlock Workings and giving a reagent discount makes it on par with things like perfect effects (4 dot charms).
It also gives you time to space Sorcery over updates as we already spent 20xp and will not get the xp for this, if we ever vote for it.

I think it was ruled that it also affects Paths magic, but your point stands, for a 4 dot charm, a 1 point dc reducer on stuff we need to pay large quantities of xp to get is underwhelming.

I like the contrast of the Winter Court/Sailor Moon/alien deathworld aesthetics. I also prefer that version of Endless Suffering, which gives the inhabitants more agency over their voluntary immortality.
My concern is that the Resistance seems to be living in pretty shitty conditions compared to the five megacities, but it has a future solution quest built in, so I would rather deal with that than Overpopulation.

That sounds more workable, you are right that charm is rather under-powered especially for this world which is more high magic than base WoD.

Honestly not too put out TBH. My build was not that different from Yog's, me choosing overpop to him choosing opposition.
All in all, we now have a world with good World building and pretty much everything I wanted, especially with DragonParadox's clarification on the Opposition.

As the world shifts you reflexively reach out not with hands nor even with thoughts made real, but with your soul. In basalt and brass you are now garbed, girdled with old script just on the edge of knowing, upon your head a helm, a crown as on the eve of battle. But there is no battle to be seen. Instead you seem to be floating above a basalt floor threaded with silver wire in the shape of a spider's web which flows into walls of the same make make set with lanterns that burn with cold green flame, nuclear flame, you know behind behind leaded glass. Five lines of columns spiral inwards along the points of the silver web, jointed in gleaming brass and wrought of smooth obsidian, in a way that looks almost organic, or cybernetic maybe with the way the metal clamps tight around it.
"What... what is this place?" you have never heard Harry stutter before, though maybe that says more about your lack of observation than anything given the thing he is motioning at looks like one of those half-egg couches, if the shape was then filled in by a forcefield humming merily along.
That is just a dust cover, this place isn't used that often.
If circumstances were less weird you would wonder how you know that, or for that matter how you know which button to tap to turn off the static cover and rearrange it into a more open configuration to set Izzy on and then the next one for Alec.

I'm gonna say it now but that mentor 5 better pay its worth coming soon. We need an angel contact to talk about our hell. Even if its just a single conversation with questions and answers. Maybe for giving them souls that want to move from our hell to heaven and know about the politics of this situation with God. Like God clearly made or had at least some interaction with the forming of hells when they were meant for rehabilitation. Maybe give us a fucking primer on the rules cause as much as I love our dad his mentor 5 hasn't been worth much he'd already have helped us regardless after all.
Edit: Mind you if there are some rules against this I can understand them not helping as powerful as they are they are not omnipotent and likely have equals.
