I think you've got it backwards. If we attack him all out, we're ceding full control of our body over to him in favor of fighting him instead of trying to fight his control and wake up.
 
And then we woke up, having run Tatsuki through. Good thing we're going to Soul Society anyways! We'll pick her up on our way out, coach her on who's who, and grab a gigai from Urahara once we get back.

But you all just voted to attack the hollow and not contest, thus not attempting to protect Tatsuki and I just wanted you to know that. You've given him all the time he needs to hurt people and not actually attempting to solve the problem at hand.

My immediate response is... Fuck. Dammit.

The whole point of the power up we're getting. Bankai. Is to manifest and then dominate the spirit. Not dominating it in the inner world. We actually have to manifest the spirit of our sword before we learn Bankai.

At least that was how I always imagined it.

The best vote for that would of been straight up trying to regain control of our body. I voted to contest the body and attack because if we don't we'll be eaten. We needed to defend against the spirit while trying to regain control. Fighting all out doesn't help Nel and Tatsuki or anything.

So again. Fuck. Dammit.

Half of us, anyway. And how does Ichigo get through everything life and death throws at him? He hits things with his pointy thing. Hard. And fast.

So, I'm curious, what happens in we pop back into Ichigo's soul and eat his inner Hollow? Is this a consequence free source of food?
 
Also ya'll just voted to get an obviously Shinigami power in the middle of Las Nachos, in front of people scared of Shinigami, with Aizen coming back in 3 days.

We were always going to be the most interesting kid on the block if we stayed here, also provided we have Ichigo's bankai it might not be thumbed as as Shinigami thing immediately given how huge most Bankai are.
 
Damn. I was the only vote for control. Seriously? Either way, this should be fun. I kind of hope that the other guy wins and we get to continue the quest as Inner Hollow 2: All Hollowed Out.
