This is probable the worst option here. They are probably going to want to test this power by hurting her, you guys know that right. I can just see someone going ... well how much damage can she take before it fails and then you are in trouble because you lied.

It's not like most hollows have high speed regeneration. All Tatsuki needs to do is cut herself and out bubbles the strangely hollow-like white goop. That would be the disguise failing.

It's not like they're going to lop of a limb, or anything.

Don't forget Aizen has yet to retrieve the Hogyoku, so the composition of the Espada will be more than a little different.

I'm aware, but the very shaky timeline we have makes it looks like he doesn't use his to arrancarise hollows until he retrieves Urahara's one. The Priavaron Espada were all arrancar made via the classic shitty method of breaking their own mask. At least some of the New Espada were made Arrancar via the shitty method rather than Hogyoku, but some were defs made by the Hogyoku. It's not clear who fits into what category exactly, but at least some of the espada should just be powerful Menos rather than Arrancar atm.
