Lifespan in Soul Society is directly related to spiritual power. I highly doubt Byakuya's parents were anywhere near Captain-level, let alone Yamamoto-level.

They were nobles. And Soul Society loves pointing out how only nobles have the spirit power such that every few generations one of their members will achieve Bankai.

So from that we can assume that they have rather good Spirit Power; Byakuya's father especially--being raised and trained by the Captain of the Sixth Division, his father (Byakuya's grandfather).
 
Is it mentioned anywhere if spiritual power is hereditary? Cause Byakuya's grandpa was the former captain of his squad, so in one of his parent's case their dad and son both (eventually) had captain-level power. Mostly just curious about the lifespan question in that case.

Well the Nobles certainly claim so.

The only real cases we have are Ichigo and Uryuu.

Ichigo's, well... nuts, with a human growth curve.
Uryuu seems to have about as much power as his father, though Quincy don't care about power level so much. They care about the application. They're more skill focused, which makes it a bit more difficult to tell.

Oh hey, does anybody who watched the anime remember if Tatsuki went to the beach?

If so, did she like sand?
 
If you take that to it's conclusion, that means Tatsuki is either afraid of beaches or can't swim.

I don't know which would be funnier if around Hichigo.
