[x] Cleanse Bird of Pestilence

As we're still two capital ships short.

@Swordomatic can we get some WOG on what the geneseed will be used for or if giving more will have an appreciable effect? I'm seeing a lot of assumptions that it'll be positive, but a) we're in good with the majority of the Inquisition, b) from what I understand the majority of it goes into a vault after testing, and c) I cannot imagine it making a difference.

it's mostly as far as we're concerned throwing it down a hole, but that's not the point.
The point, is basically giving the rest of the Imperium more to work with-More Space Marines, more Geneseed with which to maintain/aid biological experiements with, as well as making it more likely there's a reserve if we actually successfully bottom out our own reserves of Geneseed, we can ask for more instead of getting reeeeaaaallly careful about harvesting it from our fallen brothers.
Basically, it might take like +500 Geneseed to add a +1 to the Imperium's rolls in general but it IS a thing we can do with Geneseed to make things better, to claw out one more second of survival in this Long Night...And who knows? Enough seconds bought might very well let the Imperium survive and actually recover.

There is also the fact we are a very very tempting target for any chaos space marines, I mean we have almost 900 gene seeds. That's pretty insane compared to every other chapter and while yes we did fight off our fallen brother chapter that doesn't mean another won't try it as well, so maybe having a slightly smaller stockpile might be less tempting.

Obviously this shouldn't be the only reason to vote for this, it's just one I saw.

We do not need more fleet.

Since we decided to make the 6-9th companies battles companies, they need Cruisers of their own to deploy and patrol with.

In normal Chapters the reserve companies did not need strike cruisers of their own because they were the reserve.

So yeah, new doctrine, more equipment to sustain it required.

Besides, Strike Cruisers last....Escorts drop like flies.

A fun update, always enjoyable to see Chaos filth purged by the Emperor's Own.

I can be persuaded on both points, but I'm inclined to be generous when we can afford to be and now seems like the time to be generous. Who knows, they might like us more! (this is a joke)

Ship vote comes in at the end of the turn, guys. No need to rush.

It's mostly to make a statement, and it's more or less throwing it down a hole. However, there is the small chance the Inquisition might appreciate this action; the Malleus might be happy with the Chapter, but there are always going to be those who are concerned with the Chapter's demeanour.

Absolutely no space AIDS allowed in our fleet. This can be someone else's problem.

No real opinion on the geneseed, but we seem to be flush right now, and opinion boosts are never bad.

I would suggest ninety - this is exactly enough for a new company, minus its Sergeants.

And, of course, it gets our post-Cure geneseed into circulation.
